Last year I applied for more than 10 roles; which I was very suited to and had more than enough experience to perform well at; I did not receive any first round interviews.
In August 2020 I was made redundant and on reflection realised the importance of a comprehensive, well presented and professional resume and directly worded cover-letter.
I engaged the team to assist with creating a revamped resume and industry applicable cover letter, results were immediately obvious:

* With a specific cover letter directed at a role I was keen to peruse; I advanced to third round interviews.
* Using the cover letter as a template, I was fortunate enough to receive first round interviews on about 40% of my subsequent applications.

Originally reached out to relaunch me as I was confused as to what career path suits my skills, values and logical transition. The session with Emily was great in bringing all the information together to identify 2-3 appropriate options to pivot my career as well as tips on how to successfully transition.
