Love this place! Tables in great condition; awesome, friendly staff; good selection of snacks and drinks (thickshakes are great!) ; fantastic location.

One could not possibly ask for more from a snooker hall. Excellent lighting and ambience; enormous number of tables – 12,9, and 6 foot available, even one with American pockets; very warm and helpful staff as well as friendly regulars; excellent table rates; a range of balls and sizes for most games; relaxed music and fitting and interesting decor; a great range of shakes, sweets, and snacks; and even the smoking area on the staircase gives a nice view of the Fitzroy skyline.

Whether you want to while away a couple of hours practicing solo, celebrate an occasion with some friends, or pick up a scratch match with another enthusiast, this is the place for any billiards enthusiast from veterans to those picking up a cue for the first time.

This place seems a bit stale and worn, is well hidden and the pool balls are the size of snooker balls, but it does the trick for pool and snooker. Their generous milkshakes in inventive flavours are very good and a reason for me to go here in particular.

Always nice and quiet for a game of snooker, 8 ball etc. Good coffee too! Climbing all the steps can be hard though if you have bad knees etc.

Old rustic vibes coupled with the warm lights makes for an absolutely cozy place at night. Great tables and great milkshakes! Will be back again!

Been going here for about 11 years now. I see no reason why I won't be going there for another 11. Definitely need to try a milkshake if you are in the area.

A pool room a world apart from the rest of Fitzroy on a Saturday night.
This place gives the local yoga studios a run for their money for the calmest, chillest place in town. If you like pool/snooker or just need to escape the buzz, head up the stairs to the very top and enjoy this dimly lit wonder. Oh, and try one of their very tasty, mid sized, milkshakes. They have more flavours than most.

This place is appalling. I’m surprised someone hasn’t hurt themselves on the stairs. They charged 12$ for 2 games of pool, wasn’t even there for an hour. I wouldn’t take my enemies here, so disgusting.

Best milkshakes in Melbs. Behind the counter guys look super blazed. Maybe they are just really relaxed. Pick a table from the million they have available. Perfect for a music video clip or at least your Instagram story.

Been coming here since I was a teenager and now I bring my own. Relaxed vibes, cheap rates, and we live for the shakes.
The owner is always friendly and accommodating. There are couches and board games, and a snack menu.
The only downside is that the heat in warmer weather is unbearable!

Good Place to enjoy snooker and Pool. A little overcrowded at times but if you are playing snooker then tables are always available.
Some tables are very old but passes the time.

This place definitely need to install a lift as the place is located at 3rd or 4th floor and you gotta use stairs.

Lots of tables. A little rundown with NO alcohol, but happy to support this place. There aren't many like this left. Would visit more if it had an alcohol license. Beer and snooker go hand in hand.

You have to climb for stories to get to it but it's absolutely worth it.some of the best milkshakes you will ever find in Melbourne at the Red Triangle. The tables are of good quality where you can play 8 ball or snooker.

Place is filthy with bugs flying around food preparation areas. The carpet is coming up and I have personally tripped on this. The toilets are beyond bad as doesnt get cleaned enough or at all maybe. Always stuff around the place cluttering it up. The manager is rude and puts people down when they offer any sort of comment, he tries to show superiority which really is just rudeness to his customers and his staff. Don't go to this place
