This place is amazing!

Absolutely fantastic. 100% vegan. The only place in town where you can get a vegan deep fried mars bar. There notella pizza is super delicious too. They I've cream is yummy. The all the pizzas are very gourmet. Nice and chewy crust not to dry or cheap. They art and atmosphere is relaxing and laid back. I love to bring my friends here and share a bunch of different flavors of pizza with each other. The staff are friendly. There is alcoholic drinks served if your into that. I look forward to coming back here soon. There is usually a free park nearby after 5pm it's free i think.

The best thing about this place is that everything is vegan, so you don't have to look at the ingredients and ask if it's suitable for you (if you are vegan)

Super delicious vegan pizza. I came with meat eaters, all of whom loved it. The vegan versions have imitation meat on them. This place is very popular so make a booking if it's during a busy time.

Thanks to the staff who were very attentive to us and helped us celebrate my mates birthday. The food was tasty. Both the chilli fries and rosemary fries were nice. The buffalo chicken wings were also great but don't be alarmed, there's no bones in them. The pizza bases were nicely charred from the oven and had a good texture and the tomato base wasn't overpowering it had a light tomato taste without being overly herby. The most flavorful pizzas were the potato one with the chipotle sauce and the fetta one with microherbs. The deep fried mars bar was unusual and the tiramisu cheesecake was a favourite. It was a good serving size too even though we all shared. We had a great time and I would definately recommend checking this place out. It might be a good idea to book ahead. There's plenty of street parking. The place is easy to find. You could get a wheelchair inside but you should ask them if they accommodate. There's also outdoor tables. They split bills up to 4 ways. I'm not sure what else you need to know.

Instagrammable pizza that's trying too hard. The basics for pizza aren't considered. The dough is too thin in the middle, too thick at the edges and undercooked overall. You can only eat the pizza with knife and fork as the slice doesn't hold itself under the weight of the mountain of toppings. The ingredients are nice and good quality, with a properly prepared dough and fewer toppings it has potential for being a very nice pizza. My comment does not refer to the pizza style, but the fact that the dough was undercooked/raw.

Seriously outstanding pizza prepared and presented by excellent staff. Great decor and cosy and warm for those biting Melbourne nights. Red Sparrow is a gem in Melbournes pizza scene.

I was there last night and we were delighted to see Billy (who used to manage Vegie Bar) was working and we were thrillled he was there looking after us.
The food was amazing, it's hard to tell the pizza is vegan, the quality is as good as legit Italian pizza. Highly recommend

I really don't get calling something bacon when it is a plant based product. Call it what it is. The pizzas are average. The service below average. It's Smith St guys.come on pick up your game. Olives were nice

Best customer service I've ever experienced. Staff were extremely welcoming and we're able to get us a table on a busy Saturday without having a reservation. Our waiter was very friendly and even took the time to sit down and walk us through the menu and his recommendations as well as tell us the story about the name behind the business. Although it was a very busy night, the service stayed to a great standard. Pizzas were very yummy and filling.

Would have 5 stars but we found the waiter to be a bit rude as he seemed he was in a rush when it was practically empty. Great pizzas, awesome crust and good serve for price.

Great vegan pizza restaurant. All of the delish, just with less harm. Chilli fries are to die for and the chicken wings were good too.

No alterations (even a minor request) are accommodated. As long as you like exactly what you see on the menu, you're going to enjoy this place a lot.

I LOVE their pizza - best in Melbourne! And not over priced either. And the fact that the whole place is vegan is awesome. The only thing I don't enjoy is when the staff quickly take away your plate when your friend is still eating - even when the restaurant isn't busy. It makes it awkward~

The food was actually quite good. Ordered take away. Rosemary chips where tasty but soft not crispy. Pizza was really good but I’d rename the vegan mozzarella as it dose a poor job of imitating that cheese it’s more of a soft slightly chalky cheese type. “It is tasty that’s for sure”. Thanking all the friendly staff at red sparrow. I shall be back again
