Delicious vegan sausage on their pasta, and very convincing buffalo “wings” that filed us right up.

The best pizza in Melbourne, the best vegan pizza in Australia without a doubt. Great restaurant and vibe, awesome and friendly staff. Food was incredibly tasty. Loved the Ortolana pizza, and the Buffalo sauce Not Wings with ranch dressing was insanely good. Also, the cheesecake was one of the best I've had vegan. Definitely need a place like this back where we live.

Always love coming to Red Sparrow. One of my most favourite pizza places that happens to be vegan. I bring a lot of non vegans here and they are always amazed at how good the food is. Service is always efficient and friendly, also love the convenience of ordered via the app.

We enjoyed the G. O. A. T pizza, an Italian salad and spicy fries. This is the third week of our Oz holiday and this was the best meal we’ve had so far. The pizza was especially good. A great vegan restaurant.

Taking traditional to a new level.

I recently visited Red Sparrow Pizza for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised with how tasty their food and the overall experience was.

I was a little apprehensive with their 'creative' topping choices, but obviously a lot of care has gone into choosing high quality ingredients to make some truly tasty vegan pizzas.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday at around 2pm with my family and it was already busy - so a reservation may be needed! Thankfully they were able to accommodate us without a reservation.

Upon entering, we were instantly greeted in such a professional and welcoming manner, as well as throughout the time we were there.

We ordered:
- BBQ Chicken Pizza
- Garlic Bread
- Cheeseburger Pizza
- Plain Cheese
- And a cocktail, wine and juices

The food and drinks came out relatively quickly and it all looked amazing.

I didn't personally get to try the plain cheese pizza, as the kids loved and demolished it. The BBQ chicken had jalapeños on it, which I wasn't expecting (I didn't read all the ingredients lol), but the pizza came together really well. It probably did need some more 'mock chicken' pieces imo.

The cheeseburger pizza flavours surprisingly worked, and the garlic bread was honestly one of the best.

The atmosphere was a bit dark where we were seated, but the place had an overall great atmosphere.

I put off coming here because of the interesting topping choices, but honestly all of what we ate was spot on. Definitely keen to try more of the menu in the future!

Have eaten here twice, both times pizzas were forgotten.

First time, well, they never came. Staff kept looking at us, but never bothered to asked if everthing was ok as there was no food on the table, had to ask where the food was after waiting an hour.

Second time, got there at 5pm and the only ones in there. Ordered 2 savory and one sweet, waiter asked if we wanted them to all come together or after mains for the sweet one.
First pizzas came out in 15 mins from placing order. Having now finished our pizzas, we waited another 15 mins wondering where the other one was? Having 2 young kids under 3 they were becoming restless.
Asked the staff where it was, nothing.no follow up to say its 5,10,15 mins away. It finally came 30 mins after asking for the second time.

Can't blame busy service on this one as 3 tables sat down beside us after we finished our savory ones, all received their pizzas before our sweet one was even delivered.

Food is great but really let down by the poor service.

I see the pizza is all burnt around, it's not very healthy eating burnt pizza, or other food, in Italy they don't do that

The best vegan pizza in town. That's all i can say / don't forget to try their chicken wings

First of all, we DID NOT at all put the eaten pizza in anyone's hands. We only showed it to your staff in our hands. So I do not appreciate being accused of something we did not do especially disgusting and dehumanising behaviour.

Secondly, you did compensate by not charging the pizza THAT we could NOT eat which I think it is fair because it was inedible.

Thirdly, we did not accept when you offered to remake our food. Therefore, there was NO food wasted because we did NOT ask for another pizza and we left hungry still.

This would be the only and last time that I response to this review. I give honest review of my experience. If you cannot take constructive criticism, then it's too bad. I'm sure there are people who had good experience unfortunately it wasn't us. Thank you anyway.

Let's start with Arancini, it was good and crunchy as it's supposed to be.

Now pizza we were a bit disappointed as we ordered two and they were a little doughy and undercooked. We could still feel the dough texture when we scraped the topping off to check if it's cooked.

We told one waiter and expected him to let the chef knows as he mentioned that there is a trial chef in the kitchen tonight. However, we saw him walking around and nothing happened.

Then, we had to tell another staff which is a manager that night if I recalled correctly. She immediately apologized and took it back to the chef. We told her what we were told about chef on trial and she said that the owner is also in the kitchen.

Appreciate your service and food. Not sure if we're coming back. Thank you

Yum! Great service - walk-in on a busy Friday evening without a booking - No problem, we were seated immediately - Great cocktails at very reasonable prices. We ordered a few sides and a 'SALSICCIA' pizza - which reads well on the menu, but we both felt the Parmesan was applied with a very heavy hand - it was a bit overwhelming and dominated the flavour. The crust was perfect. The base is too "wet/floppy" - I/We prefer a 'crusty' base that you don't need to fold or use 2 hands to eat. Will definitely return & try out some of the other yummy menu items!

Loved this place, food was awesome, I'm not vegan but seriously couldn't tell any difference from a regular pizza.

Had the burger pizza and the mushroom pizza and both were equally amazing and tasty. Waffle fries are a must have too if you're a fan of fries or just going with a group and want something tasty to share and give a bit of a texture break fr the pizza.

Will be coming back again for sureeeeee!

First time in a 100% Vegan Restaurant, the Pizza's and the sides were amazing, the staff were very polite and nice, the atmosphere was just right.
Would recommend it to anyone and will definitely come again

Delicious food. Had a few different pizzas and their pizza dogs for dinner. Recommend a visit:) helped out with the extra fussy eaters in our group.

If this is not the best pizza in Melbourne, let alone the best vegan pizza, I want to know which one is. Baked in a wood fired oven charred to perfection, fresh toppings, amazing pizza base, give this a try and thank me later. Their "not wings" chicken wings are awesome too, try the one with hot Chili sauce if you are brave. One of my favourite places to have a meal in the city and guilt free since its vegan.

Really enjoyed both Pizza! Wish the entrees we ordered came out at the same time or before the pizza but it was all good as they all tasted

One of the best vegan pizzas that I’ve had in Melbourne. I tried the Verde pizza ad Puttanesca and loved both for their unique flavours. The items on their menu are so different from the regular pizzas that one would have from local pizzerias.
