50Roasted chicken it is Ok. Chips were cold and more boiled then fried. Service was shocking - staff distracted and play around.
Horrible, bland tasting food. Proceeded chicken in the burgers. Wifes chips were old and stale. Mine were fresh but still average.
Pops were overcooked and rubbery.
Bored staff, they looked like couldn't be bothered being there. Chewing gum isn't a good look.
Dirty store. Should have been a red flag when we walked in. No customers, no sound of frying or cooking. Registers were empty. Could even smell anything.
Complete waste of time and money.

Good food, but rarely come here due to rude staff they put on drive thru. The other staff in the background seem to be holding the place together.

I love Red Rooster as a rule but this one is just plain nasty. Girl behind the counter was friendly and communicated well. Toilets were closed for cleaning but no-one was actually cleaning them. Overall the store looked a little dirty. Wouldn't go there again

Shepparton's Red Rooster is one of the better Red rooster shops I've been to. The staff and food have improved in recent times. I wish all the menu items were on display. Always good chicken.
Over all disappointed in Red rooster no consistency between two meals ordered together one had perfect fresh cooked chips the other had cold nasty chips.
The new chicken Parm burger was not that great first bite I had it was not bad but the more you had the worse it got.
Way to expensive compared to how much you get and I have been to the Red roosters that are 100 times cleaner and give you the food that is on the menu with the right amount of food, I also ordered a large chicken pops and paid for them and only got 6 little chicken pops.
Service was great by female. Place clean. Let down considering only us n one other customer was warm. Not good enough.
One of the more expensive takeaway places but my sister really likes it. They sometimes get your order wrong but not as often as other places do. We've had friendly customer service every time over the last 6 months. We no longer go into the store as it was absolutely filthy when we did - especially the outside dining and the kids playground - i snapped my thong because it got stuck to the sticky floor as soon as we walked out there -. - not cool!) But they may have gotten on top of that by now. Hopefully. Their waiting bay in the drive thru is in a ridiculous spot - hoping they change it in the future.
