Absolutely terrible, first they get my order wrong, tell me to come and get right order then want to argue with me. Staff were pathetic, incompetent and will never go back and the food is below average.

I’ve come here three times and every time has been worse than the next! Attitude poor! Rude and obnoxious servers and manager. I asked for the new crispy chicken and was told they couldn’t do it because it would be a 15 minute wait. Yet I waited 15 minutes for the wrap I ordered instead! Pathetic! Will not be coming back here!

Went to buy fried crispy chicken via drive thru, only to be told to come in instead and wait for 15 mins. Not really hungry so i didnt mind waiting. Went inside and ordered my fried chicken. After minutes of waiting and already past 15 mins. Lady said here’s your 6 chicken wings. I said those are not mine. Then she realized she gave my fried chicken to someone else by mistake. Waited again. No sorry whatsoever.

The service here was really good. They have given their menu a bit more variety and the fried chicken now really does rival that other big chain fried chicken place. But this chicken is significantly less greasy. As always the Ripper subs and Flayva's are great too. Chips still solid as well. 2

More variety on their menu and they're finally doing marketing lol.people are saying their new fried chicken is comparable to the Filipino fast food chain Jolibee. I went for the hype.

First off, value for money at $2 per piece. Very tasty batter and stayed crispy after the drive. Glad to see there were massive pieces. It's way cheaper, less oilier and clean than kfc. Although it does lack in seasoning.if they focus on that, they would give kfc a run for their money.
I would come back again. Some days kfc, some days red rooster. Depends what type of fried chicken I'm feelin'. It's good!

Their service is very warm when I visited but obviously, that could vary.

You really need to get some good normal, understanding staff at this joint. Don't advise your open at 10pm and just decided to close early because you wanted to. As I was walking up to the building some young gentleman decided to rush and close the doors early. You seriously need to get some adults working there and not teenage kids. So disappointing.

Tried the spicy wings with a friend. They were so hot that our lips and tongue were burning. This was due to them pouring what looked like a whole jar of the hottest chili sauce over the 6 wings. Never again will we buy them. Ruined our afternoon and evening as we couldn't eat properly.

They say they open at 10 but whenever I try to jump in, they just say food is not ready it will take about 1hour. They why do you guys say it as 10 instead of 11

Very rude service. Charges for the order and then says they cant give what i asked for. Going to stick with kfc.

No fried chicken yet.not for weeks apparently.why advertise it then? They wonder why they're going broke!

The worst customer service I’ve gone through in Australia. Very rude and no respect for customers who came to buy food. I’ve seen other staff are supporting each other in this Issue.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. It was easy to order and they were able to cut the way I wanted whether it was half's, quarters or eights. The food was very ordinary and not special. I liked that they had a Christmas in July promotion.

Terrible service. Impatient, rude, terrible attitude. I felt very unwelcome. The second star is because the Chicken was decent.

This is the second time where food items have been missing from the bag not happy you expect to get all food items when it’s paid for!

Stopped off here in drive through. Ordered vegies. Was disappointed in tasting the roast vegetables - they had too much salt in them! Corn was nice.

Came in to grab the $5 lunch

Speed really quick, Chips taste was great but bag wasn't full, Potato and Gravy really good, Chicken roll - chicken was dry but the sauce helped

Overall good for $5

Don't get either of their dipping "hot sauces". They're not spicy and taste like floor cleaner.

Avoid the "double bbq bacon burger" it's a small burger with 2 miserable chicken burgers, one tiny slice of bacon, and by bbq, they mean it's swimming in bbq sauce - and for a large combo meal it's $18.20. I'll stick to KFC from now on.

The food was cooked well and warm. But it was so salty. Which made the food inedible. It took for ever for our food to show op. This was a a Sunday lunchtime. No many people in the store

Inside of the restaurant never clean, the staff don't really ever pay attention to you and seem like they want to be anywhere else but there, and the food often is cold or stale.
