Very old established takeaway chicken restaurant. The building is well, showing its age, the toilets, and floors showing the endless tradie traffic on walls and floors, dirt and gease in the toilets, furniture basic and robust metal/ laminate tables marked. The food was comparable to other Rooster venues, tasty but average.ok, for a quick meal on the go.

The meal was old and stale and the language coming from the staff was offensive. Very dirty and unclean toilets.

Chicken taste reasonable. The chicken pieces we ordered aren't seasoned evenly. Some are salty while others are plain like paper. My kids like the hot and honey flavour though which taste not bad to me either. Not so much service per se, you have to get napkins, spoons etc by yourself. One toilet was out of order when we were there last time so we had to use the girls toilet. The toilet was dirty and rather disgusting. But hey, plenty of parking and abundant seating as not surprisingly not big crowd here. Only go here if you have to.

It's a Red Rooster the food and restaurant are what you would expect. The young guy serving us behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful, the staff are the plus in this case.

Amazingly friendly staff and super service. The food was delish. The hit and spicy wings, chicken tenders were to die for. The order taker was so happy and energised to serve the customers.

Red Rooster has been around for a while and it seems to have a resurgence after their logo change. I am so tired of the old competitor and their gravy is great.

Ordered a roast pack the potatoes was raw and having to wait 20 minutes for my food and ordered a larger meal and got regular chips. Had to repeat myself 5 or 6 time over the speak as well before they finally got my order.

I wish I can give 0 stars to this store. Very horrible customer service experience ever had. I had an online order pickup when I went there to pick it up they said the order did not come through our system and they guys are informing me after I have waited over 25 mins instore

We ordered 12pcs of fried chicken original, we are a regular customer of that venue and we always enjoy the fried chicken there but last night was disappointing. We got a almost burned and dried fried chicken. It looks like an old ones and just been reheated in oil. It’s so disgusting. Shouldn’t be served at all.

A employee by the name of Vas told me to wait inside for 15 minutes while being in drive through i ordered a go bucket instead he told me i should “go on my way”

Visited today at 9: 30. The girl that took our order was so sweet and super helpful. Love the energy! Amazing customer service.

They say they open at 10 but whenever I try to jump in, they just say food is not ready it will take about 1hour. Then why do you guys say it opens at 10.

To begin with we were unsure if they were open due to all lights off, except inside. Did drive through at 8.30pm, ordered 1x roster roll meal, 2 extra rooster rolls by themselves and a cheesy chicken nugget pk of 10. To get home and see our pack of cheesy nuggets was a box filled with all there dried up old items. Got 4 onions rings, 4 chicken drumettes and 3 nuggets with a extra pineapple fritter on top of it all. I'm severly allergic to pineapple, and this could of been catastrophic if I just put my hand in the box and started to eat on my way home. Not only that the 3 rolls were filled with stuffing, gristle and bones. Not at all impressed, quite shocked to be honest and wish for a refund.

Worst burger pack. It was packed like it was from the garage. Tasted like the garbage as well. Worst place would rate it 0 stars if I could

The shop can’t be found in its app. The item price is more expensive than menu shown online. The burger pack cost $3 more (not special item online). Not recommend!

Family box fried chicken was so disappointing. Several pieces quite dry and skin coming off. Chips cold. Staff quite rude when we complained. Back to KFC.

I generally come here late at night (after 8) and their fried chicken is consistently good at this time! Would recommend

Kitchen is literally so dirty, fries fallen down. Floor seems like never cleaned.please focus on cleaning as well.

Customer service is zero, wish I could give a zero-star rating! Their staff who was taking my order at the drive-thru randomly started laughing and cracking a joke with another colleague, disappeared for 25-30 seconds and then someone else, still laughing away, came up on the speaker. Felt as if they were mocking me for some reason, and left me completely clueless! Absolute disrespectful behavior, I must say!
