Red Rooster Narre Warren. The service staff are always polite and service is quick. Place is always clean. Good quick service and I go there quite alot as I use to work nearby.

The chicken is better than KFC because it's not fried, but it's a little too expensive I'd say.

Firstly I waitied ovr 5mins to get served ten I ordered the Chicken Loaded Chips Meal and got that at least very quick but unfortunately the chicken bits tasted off as it tastes old chicken but the gravy i loved with the chips only.and the toilets were dirty and the rest rooms and very small this place needs a make over in that department at least.due to the foul chicken I'm not coming here again.

One of the better food chains out there. The service is good both at the drive through and in the store. They are all friendly and try to meet all your needs as a customer. Majority of the time the food comes out hot and fresh. I recommend if your in a hurry and need to eat something on the go and fast.

I visited this store recently. Store manager on total power trip. I asked for a half chicken and chips and could I have two legs instead of standard half.
NO, absolutely NOT, that is not a standard menu item. Now, to a sensible person, giving me the order that way would have made no difference to the availability of store product. This power trip manager let me leave with no food, angry at the lack of service and with the knowledge that I was going next door to McDonald's. Supreme failure as a manager.

I ordered a chicken ripper sub. When i got home and opened it up, there was no chicken inside, just bread, lettace and sauce. So angry

Asked for 2 quarter chicken and chips. Could not hear the girl taking my order through the speaker. Assumed she heard me. Pulled up to pay could barely hear her at the window so still assumed my order was correct. Got home and realised I had gotten my 2 quarter chickens.no chips. Fix your speaker and affirm orders in a loud enough voice.

Bought some of those cheesy nuggets. Kids loved them. I had a couple blah. Taste like powdery snot. A chicken shop that doesn't use chicken. WOW. The whole chook, now that's another story, cannot feed a family, they are so small my son swallowed it and oh well, peanut butter sandwich for me.

Good parking. Easy to get to. Food is good. I think the bathrooms need some love, they are a bit worn out. Other than that this is a good one.

People here are really nice, service can be a bit slower than expected sometimes but the food is good:)

Chips okay but the microwaved squishy mess that was supposed to be a chicken roll was revolting

Ordered a bacon rippa only to find once I had left my roll had no bacon or cheese in it, just 2 chicken fillets and half the Atlantic ocean in mayonnaise drowning the hot dog roll (yes the roll was as gourmet as a hot dog roll) and making it soggy, leaking out into the bag. No wonder the other takeaway franchises are leaving Red Rooster in the dust. Will never go back. If I could give zero stars I would

The food was great and tasty and the service is pretty fast it only took 2-5 mins to get my ripper meal.

They can't even complete a kids meal! Chips forgotten for the second time. Extreamly slow delivery. I'd suggest driving directly there but you'd just have to go back due to them stuffing the order up anyway.

I have ordered delivery from them a lot as well as eating in a number of times and never had any issues. The place is usually quiet and never takes very long for the food to arrive.

The worst fast food service in the world! Sorry to say this, but the short tubby nasty young woman not only got my order wrong but literally assumed l a liar. Red Rooster Fountain Gate, you better reflect on who you employ. This happened 2 yrs ago, never been back.
