36Spicy chicken was actually spicy. Meal was freshly made and came still hot. Excellent service. Cannot fault my experience here.
Hadn't had it for years. Bought quarter chicken and chips and a pineapple fritter. The fritter was lovely however the chicken tasted strange and no stuffing which I was longing for. The chips sooo soggy.threw them away. I live close to this store therefore no need for soggy chips. I got home within 3 mins. I don't buy takeaway often and this was a big disappointment.: (
Worked as a Kitchen hand there for 4 years. Great place for a first job however requires a lot of getting used to. If you work there for more than 2 years, things might end up getting repetitive though. The pay is great and staff are so so enjoyable to be with and always friendly to each other. Made my experience so much better.
Don't give in to the bad customer reviews, most are entitled and still mad after getting a meal AND refund (I was there). Majority of legit complaints about food are a mix. More often than not we ensure to triple check that the orders are right, clean in our spare time (which is very common) or after closing, and ensure our products are of servable quality. If by chance you are not happy or we forget a part of your order, I recommend staying calm and either coming back or phoning up to negotiate because we staff are also human too. Even so, if you don't treat us like we are, it'll be likely we will do our best to avoid you and possibly not compensate you for your rudeness. We try our best to care about our customers but even so we still make mistakes.
I personally recommend coming in before around 11: 30am or just after 5-5: 30pm for best quality. This is usually before the rushes and after we do lunch and dinner prep. I feel a sense of happiness serving people food that's fresh from the fryer and oven! Just from an ex-employee's point of view, please don't come in expecting everything to be perfect and fresh (though I did try to meet customer expectations). Most of the time we are just there to earn money and you are to get food. It should be expected from a fast food chain giving near minimum wage that we won't be able to satisfy everyone so i'm not asking you to give 5 star reviews for our hard efforts even if you didn't enjoy the food or legitimately get served trash, but just be more realistic when you come in. We ordered lunch today was cold the chips were not cooked hardly any chicken on the roll also. Very disappointing when you spend $40. Won't be buying from this store again.

Food is always pretty decent. Extra salt on the chips. For a place that isn't that busy, the wait in the drive through is always long. I left satisfied with my purchase

Arrived to order our takeaway dinner through drive through on new years night at 6.15pm but it's not open!
Able to drive through but no-one there to take order. No signs up saying CLOSED.

Dined in late this afternoon. Chicken, chips and gravy were hot and fresh. However, the language, screaming and carrying on in the kitchen from the young staff left alot to be desired. The air conditioning was off. The glass entry door that was cracked with warning signs on it was in use, yet the other door was locked. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Worst red rooster, twice they have stuffed us around, first we ordered through user eats and they forgot the chicken then said "we" can come pick it up or get credit for next time which is useless when we ordered it to eat that night and second time ordering it through uber they waited an hour and ten minutes before cancelling that order so twice in a row we are left hungry without food
We decided to dine in. No air con, staff were ridiculous. Short changed my friend, the noise and loud behaviour from the kitchen was quite offensive. Language and squealing. Food was fresh and hot but everything else ruined the experience. Also maybe a refreshed course on food safety regulations in regards to extreme length and polish on nails?
It's red rooster, pretty much the same as any other red rooster in terms of quality and service. It's okay, nothing special to rave about.
It is a convenient location, with plenty of parking directly out front. Plenty of seating inside too if you want to eat in. Bathroom available.
I love the classic roasts, chicken and vegies taste beautiful, and much healthier than the competitions burgers etc. For me.
It makes a great lunch.:)
Once again the stuuffed up the order ordered classic roast got chicken and chips chips must have beed cooked pre Covid they were that stale

If the put adults in charge insted of children they may start getting it right discusting food
Enjoyed my classic roast, used to be a regular visitor prior to covid-19 home imprisonment.
Minimal waiting time in-store and amenities were very clean.
Young lady serving was also pleasantly cheerful, a nice change to being dealt with in other stores/shops like I'm about to murder them with a cough or accidental violations of social distance.
Delivery arrived late.driver did stops on the way and marked us delivered incorrectly! Food arrived, food was missing. 4 calls later, the owner decided this was not a refundable issue!? ! I pity the staff who work for her and try to do the right thing - avoid! Poor service, poor food quality and that’s if you even get what you pay for!
Place was dirty toilets dont even go there, hair wrapped around drink when handed to me, never be back again
Had to take back 1 roll chicken was cold, place not very clean & advertised food not available. Not Happy with that store.

WARNING! One of the roast potatoes in my vegetable medley was rotten (see pic). Called the store to complain and they only refunded $7.50 for the vegetables with no extra compensation! I feel sick after accidentally eating half of the rotten potato.
Terrible customer service from the manager, though the workers were apologetic.
Waited 15 mins in store couldnt talk to my partner over the yelling in the kitchen to be forgotten and had to go request our food and wait a further 10 minutes, to then be served with two chicken sponge burgers chicken and sponge nuggets.
