Always a bad experience here. Always forced to wait up to 10 minutes which I do not mind doing, however I mind when I am the only car waiting in the drive through and there is no one in the store either, only to then also be given food that is completely cold. Not good value for money at all and the staff are consistently rude and do not take the time or care to ensure food is well presented at all. Will not be back.

Hi, came here yesterday for dinner like I always do on a Monday night. This tall girl with orange short hair was at the drive thru and she was very passively aggressive.disappointed with her customer service.food is delicious here always tho.

Went for lunch 03/04/21 service was disgraceful, they were extremely slow and seemed proud of the fact by laughing when comments were made, get out some food was cold. Absolutely disgraceful place and attitude of staff

Fast and friendly service always. I love not having to wait in a massive line so great alternative to the competition across the road.

Fried chicken is sooo good but it's quite expensive for families so most times KFC is a better option unless there's only a couple of you

Bought some new fried chicken on Sunday the young lady was very nice and respectful and had great banter you could tell she enjoys customer service. P.s the fried chicken is amazing so juicy and crispy crumbs makes KF irrelevant.

Just ordered a minute ago.the staff was so rude! Poor customer service! We love your fried chicken but please train your staff to have manners!

Went to order some lunch today, was very disappointed with attitude of the staff.
I just asked her is it safe for someone with nuts allergies to eat here. She gave a lecture, then to tel we don’t know the ingredients, It’s up to me to go online and check. Before I even reply she told me I have other clients to serve how rude it that. I thinks having the ingredients available for the staff is very important.

The food is delicious, the portions are large and the prices are fair. The service is excellent and the place is clean and well kept.

Picked up our Christmas lunch! Best staff and man in charge very polite! Food was absolutely beautiful and to the lady (waiting in the queue) who paid for a homeless man who was trying to pay with silver coins for his meal, you are a wonderful kind person!

Excellent service for a pre ordered Xmas day lunch.chickens were piping hot and best crunchy potatoes we have ever eaten! Well done to management and staff who worked under pressure on a special day! Kate and janine

Even though this Red Rooster is a clean environment the restrooms left a lot to be desired. A bit if grime hand dryer not working, not clean, door handle broken, and not updated as the rest of the restaurant was disappointing. In need of a revamp to keep the Red Rooster image in tact. Staff were reasonably friendly. Food was up to standard.

Nice little rooster. Hardly busy. A little bland inside but still ok for a quick drop in or a drive through meal.

I just bought a family roast. The chicken was really dry and tough! The chips were soggy. I was looking forward to making sandwiches with the leftovers but it's in the rubbish bin!
I stopped going to your competitor Kentucky because of the greasy rubbish they sell but I can honestly say that the chicken meal I just got from you was far worse! You'll probably ignore this review and that's ok because I definitely won't be back! I should have kept my $36.00 and spent it at a takeaway that has much higher standards! You only got star because I couldn't give zero!

Disgusting no lettuce on roll chips were over cooked and bottle of water looked like it was dropped on the floor real poor food wouldn't even give it to the crows outside.

Love Red Rooster chicken and this gems they have with a little onion I think in the potato blend

I enjoyed the chicken with avocado. Through chips are way too salty for my taste. Good service though and nicely priced too.

Ok chicken, i love the flava and strip sub, i reckon they should sell sausage rolls though and maybe pizza or cornish pasties as well as lemon custard tarts

Just got robbed. Got home to find that I was shorted 2 of the rolls when I ordered the “mates share pack” which includes 4 in total and large chips. Not happy Jan.
