48 Yesterday I went and bought some food via the drive thru - normally I use kfc but luckily
I came enjoyed and was most surprised by the great taste - speedy service and reasonable price - check out their Spivey range - just great
Chips were lik red microwaved and far to salty, roll was average, I had to throw half a box of chips away
Easley the best RR in town.

There was a hard language barrier with the workers and they couldn’t understand what I was ordering, I don’t expect restaurant quality food but I haven’t been to this red rooster in a few years, in that time it tastes like the parts I used to toss in the bin, the gravy was disgusting idk how to explain it, the chicken roll was flavourless and smooshed together so much it’s like they played with it. Chips were nice though.
Bit into a chicken roll only to have a 40mm bone stab me in the roof of my mouth. The size of this makes it hard to believe it was accidental. Seems more like a prank from a jnr worker thinking it would be funny. I have supported this restaurant for years and will never return from this.
About 15 minutes ago, a male staff member who I assume was the shift manager wasted my time insisting I park my car and walk into the store for an Uber order I was picking up, despite it turning out to be already ready. I leave this feedback in case he was hamstrung by policy. I voiced at the window “that doesn’t make sense” to which I should have added “if it’s ready, how is it any different to any other order passed through the window” as a previous RR manager myself at a different location I know that every second counts with the food quality so I was a bit ticked off that he wasted my time (which whilst doing Uber is literally wasting my earning potential) and annoyed he couldn’t see the efficiency and ultimately the increase in quality I was trying to offer the customer by utilising the empty drive through at the time. I understand not wanting an Uber driver to be lazy and line up behind several people and have the food sit there and go bad, but in this instance with an empty drive through the protocol should be able to be relaxed at discretion for the sake of overall efficiency and ultimately to give the customer a better product. Just my opinion.something small even, but something to think about.
Bad customer service and very rude Indians working at the front
Didn’t want to accommodate my needs and order and just wanted to put what they wanted even though I pay for my food.you should get what you pay for and not what they want as workers.
The Red Rooster near the Cranbourne Shopping Centre is a wonderful place to stop & eat in or take your order away. The staff were amazing & friendly. And the chicken was hot & fresh & yummy. Give this Red Rooster a go.

I should more often the service in drive through is friendly and polite and I actually received hot fresh chips, the gravey so so good.

I ordered a reds burger and it was cold.
Not room temperature, it felt like it came out of the fridge!
It wasn't just the bun, the chicken inside was cold and hard.
Haven't been in Red Rooster for a long time and tried out pineapple rings and their new satisfisfryer, it was delicious.
Rare Red Rooster where customer experience and opinion are of top priority. Great quality most of the time and when it’s not, a solution is provided quickly and respectfully.

Not good experience at drive through used 3 cards for payment but declined. They girl even did not even say that our link is down.
The staff went out of there way to make sure my meal was Excellent. (I'm allergy to onions so I couldn't have chips cos they are all cooked together. So i received 2 small rolls in place of the chips & onions)
