Red Rooster

Drive through is always very slow. It would be faster to park and go in and order. They need to pick up the pace. But their food is always nice.

Chips are delicious but I havnt ordered from red rooster in 10 years or more and went through this drive through and the menu was unorganized and basic. Probably nothing the store can do about it but I had to ask 100 questions which isn't convenient with grumpy kids hence the drive through. Lovely drive through customer service and hot food though

Got the order wrong on Drive thru. Waited a long time for food at the drive thru. Food was fine when finally received.

I tasted chicken, but inside no salt and given without sauce and tissues. So the first impression failed.

Chicken was good, chips soggy and luke warmwent today waited after ordering over 20 minutes to get food they didn't have any mash potatoes I couldn't bothered waiting any longer

Not enough staff.had to wait about half an hour while one poor guy was working counter and drive thru.and was mid lunch rush.about 6/8 waiting.needs to improove for better service.

Love the rooster rolls, however my order was mixed up again so I had to wait a little longer than I should have, staff were friendly tho

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE CRANBOURNE NORTH RED ROOSTER!

I ordered online and I then called them to ask for everything to be freshly made and with extra chicken salt on everything- I spoke to a man on the phone he assured me it will be fresh with extra chicken salt.

I received my order- all of it was cold, soggy, no salt at all and what looked like chicken stuffing on my onion rings and chips boxes. The boxes had fingerprints on them. My garlic bread was cold like it hadn't even been warmed up at all, the onion rings were cold and rock hard like they were yesterdays left overs, and the chips were gross, cold and soggy with no salt at all. I order 2 family sized fries along with a large onion rings and a garlic roll and unfortunately none of it was good.

Sloppy work by the staff at the Cranbourne North Red Rooster and I will 100% never order there again. Sloppy, dirty and lazy work. Not a happy customer.

What a joke! 40 dollars for a bird this size and half a large chips.initially refused to do anything about it, I ordered thru menu log, I was forced to remind them of refund or replacement laws then they provided a refund.wont be ordering from there any more. What little meat was on the bird was dry and not pleasant at all. Shame shame shame

Red rooster is an Australian founded roast chook company that has not been taken over by overseas investors so far. Succulent and juicy chicken with all great sides snd hot chips to die for. Their flagship Rooster (rooter) roll is one of the best chocken rolls that you'll ever find in this grest wide land of ours. Enjoyed by all

Place is a little run down.
Food is just average. Not bad but also not jaw dropping.
Service is quick though and prices are reasonably fair.
Still think there are still better places nearby.

Very very pore service. Order a delivery get a message to say will be able 25 - 35min. 40min later called as still hasn't been delivered to be told it's on its way. 10min later still not here and receive a message to say hope ur enjoying ur food which we hadn't received yet. In end cancelled our order all together. Then 1hr 20min later the driver turns up

I keep coming back only because I like their chips.
Their service is just consistently slow and they keep
on getting the orders wrong.
They're just not up to the standards overall.

When I go out to eat, even if it fast food I want to eat my food in peace. I am fine listening to orders being yelled to the back, but when the staff are just behind the counter yelling while they talk about what (and who) they did in the weekend.

I am very unhappy with this store.

Stuffed my order up, even though I went through it 3 times to clarify, told the shift manager and she just shrugged at me.

Ordered two cheeseburgers to arrive home with them in rolls that were stale and hard. Rang up to ask, only to be told they ran out of buns and are sorry that cashier didn't tell me

Fish was so burnt we couldnt eat it, called up and the manager said that it wasnt defrosted hence the burning, just not good enough!
Cant believe the person who cooked/packed the fish could serve fish in that condition to a customer!
If only I could load a picture of how bad each single peice of fish was, so disappointed and never again!

Second time I've gotten home to find that they forgot to put the chips in with my classic half. It's expensive enough without not getting what I overpaid for. Makes the charcoal chicken 'n chips shop, along with a bread roll from the bakery, a much more attractive (and cheaper) option.

I work next to red rooster and the food here is always fresh and not once have i received a wrong order.

I have to admit i dont get roast chickens anymore but i do love there rippas
