Bought family pack of chips for $7, it would be lucky to feed a family of one. What a rip off, that’s the last time I will ever buy from there again The girl was rude to start with, not nice at all more or less throws food at you, no thank you no nothing! Such a disgrace very disappointed!

Order from menulog but they give us yesterday fried chicken. ITS already tough, taste different not like fresh fried chicken. Terribly disappointed with this red rooster, was always buy here but I think again. Becarefull guys, they start thinking get more profit by trick their customer. Dont do that Just for profit, you lost your customers in the future.

Wrong order again, this time via UberEats. The correct receipt was stapled to the wrong bag. Clearly no one checks and the management seem to have an "oh well" attitude.
Called to ask them to resend the order, as it was their fault, but too cheap to pay for and organize another driver to re-delivery. Instead was told they'd refund the order and enjoy the 'free meal'.
The free meal is under-cooked chips, and soggy rooster roll.

Pretty disgraceful Saturday we ordered three piece fried chicken in the drive through there was one car Infront of us we waited nearly 5 minutes to get our food. No apology than they say to us at the window that we can only have 1 piece chicken and we will have to wait 15mins. This is pathetic for a big food company not even a change of food most places woul say Il give you some strips or nuggets instead nope just a 1 piece feed for 3 people

I received friendly service and the chicken and chips I had were fantastic. Highly recommend this RedRooster.

I have ordered 5pices chicken and 2 pineapple feeder on the drive through at about 1: 15pm today. I specifically asked for 2 legs and 2 Thigh.anyway I got all breast and wing with 4 pieces of chicken. Very poor service and dishonest.

Definitely one of the best gravy sauces I've ever had, although for the amount of food you get the price is a bit high.

The new crispy fried chicken range is really good! Although, I wish they had a dedicated parking space for people in drive-thru to wait at instead of having them park over the footpath near other houses. Overall, still friendly staff and nice chicken.

Great Customer service eventhough they are understaffed at times. It is great to always see your staff members working so hard and multi-tasking too.

A lone fast food restaurant located in Springvale South off Springvale road. Friendly staff and the food.hmmmm, nicely cooked and yummy. It's been here for a long time and very close to where I am. It's amazing how the lone fast food restaurant has survived for such a long time. I came to this restaurant when I was young and now with 3 children, the store still here.
Come and support this local store so it survives for another 100 years. Go Rooster!

Staff were friendly.
Food came out cold unfortunately. I was not able to have a straw due to covid (They are individually wrapped) but they touched every part of my box, can, cutlery and food. I found that a bit confusing.

Recently started going back to red rooster driveway service is good orders always correct and friendly service from staff wish they had more deals though

One of the original Red Rooster stores built around about 1980 located on the busy Springvale Road which is the Gateway to the Mornington Peninsula and also to Melbourne in the opposite direction.
Large dining room that can hold a lot of patrons male and female toilets extra large car park and also drive-thru menu service.
Male and female toilets toilets, disabled toilets, wheelchair access.

Nice food but all tables were dirty with rubbish left behind.we had to ask to be cleaned. 7pm on the 23-10-19

Usual fast food. Chicken burgers chips etc. Has a good lunch deal for only $5 burger chips drink and onion rings

Unfortunately the standard of a chicken crispy strip was very poor, in this day and age real chicken should be used instead of 'fake' chicken. The only reason for two stars was they were open when many of their competitors weren't.

Nothing fast about this place! Cold and horrid burgers serviced! Took 15 mins through drive thru in non peak hours on a weekday!?

Normally good fresh food. Although recently (late at night) we were served very tepid family chips whilst going through the drive through. Fortunately we checked the chips prior to leaving. The shift Manager argued that the chips were fresh (which they definitely weren't) but did eventually offer to cooked fresh chips.

Worst take away I’ve had in ages.
Chicken was cold, given wrong order and the prices are ridiculous.
I’ll give this store a big miss from now on.

I love how they give you red rooster belts, but last time they gave me it, i was too fat and exploded it. I have a fat girlfriend and nearly killed her by crashing into a pole.
