Nice Red Rooster nice young woman greeted us with a smile and service was quick food as always was nice

Wanna give a special thanks for the guy who helped me with my order from menulog. Menulog stuffed up and I was left for almost 2 hours no food, when I contacted them they did nothing to help me. So I called red rooster and the man who answered helped me so much when it was menulogs fault not his. They even made my food again so that it was fresh. Thank you, I appreciate the extra step to help! Will come back again:)

The customer service at this store is not great - the staff are mostly young and a bit brusque, though courteous enough - but the food is generally good quality. The chicken is high quality but a tad bland compared to say, a charcoal chicken store, but is always fresh and piping hot. The chips are almost always fresh cooked and delicious - much better than either Maccas, Hungry Jacks or KFC. Other items are variable - the seasoning on the chicken pieces, for example, which was never great, has now changed for the worse and is IMO a bit yucky. The burgers are not brilliant, but still fresher, crispier and overall better than their chief above-named competitors.

The chicken at red rooster is just excellent. The oil is changed almost daily as it's always served hot and fresh. The chicken is very crunchy giving a satisfying but juicy bite. Finally it's not as oily compared to KFC making a great place to buy fried chicken from.

Very slow to take our order but the food was delivered quickly after ordering. Bathrooms needed a good clean and we had to wipe down the table ourselves before eating as they all needed a clean.

Looks busy and sweaty, warm day. Staff managed orders as humanly quick as possible on warmer Summer days

Love the fried chicken and buttermilk wings. The menu is much better now than years ago when it was mainly roast chicken. The fried chicken seems a lot less oily than KFC and is very tasty. Will definitely be back for more.

Have been to this store a few times over the years. Found the store to be clean and tidy. Good location with plenty of parking available. Never had to wait too long for my order. Was always happy with what I had ordered. The service was friendly and good.

Worst experience ever! Having worked so hard, on the way home did a drive through for a burger family meal, received the meal and when opened for the meal the burger and wraps are cold! I was like what, went back for asking the counter, she said the chicken inside is hot, I said again I need them hot, she gave it to the kitchen staff and the kitchen girl literally through the meal onto microwave and started ranting about burgers are cold, I have a small message for your girl, if you are reading this, learn to respect your job and customers, you are getting paid and paying your bills - so do remember that. And finally the burgers and wraps are ready for munching, but oh my god! The wrap was peeling felt like a sticky bread. My wife almost vomited with that and you know being me just couldn’t take it anymore and realised hungry jacks is just across the road.
Never ever again - Red Roster you roasted my meal and my time. I wish there was 1/2 rating or a negative rating, I have to leave it at 1.

Terrible experience.please don’t buy from this store, food is not fresh and the taste is also different. Burger is cold, worst experience ever. Never gonna try red rooster again. If you guys are not interested in providing good food, please shut down your store

Some Chinese guy working today, he doesn’t know how to talk to person. So much like attitude like he own the restaurant. People should know how to talk to customers. Never going back again

Cant really go wrong with some red rooster. Drive through a little slow but experience and service was all good

Came in ordered a triple spicy burger combo, burger came out it was just a standard with out the spicy sauce I kindly came back to the girl I ordered Through and very rudely and aggressively told me I was wrong and that she was right. I only asked for some spicy sauce as I asked for the spicy burger. From what I have experienced of 30 years of take out I believe the customer is always right. She is blonde and Asian with glasses don’t know her name but red rooster is going down by the day stores are more and more shut it’s because of this sort of attitude. I didn’t touch another piece of chips with my meal handed it back to her she grabbed the bag and threw it straight in the bin. This is disgusting behavior and I expect someone to call me and apologize

Please never shut down, the red rooster is the best, i love the classic chicken packs.they are great, the service is pretty quick too, i've never had any issues here in the meals i've had.

It's fine chicken, but they just make mistakes constantly which sours every time we go. If you go takeaway, they'll generally get the order right but you'll get soggy chips if you don't eat right away, and it's pricey when you consider that a Rippa roll is basically 2 chicken tenders in 2 tiny dinner rolls. A family sized chips feeds 2, and a full chook is cheaper almost anywhere else.

On the delivery front, not only are you paying delivery fees, but youre also paying a hidden $2~ surcharge on every item before you factor delivery/service fees. Worse, their chef-facing order system doesn't track any modifications or requests for dietary changes, so they will NEVER get your order right if you use online delivery. Rather than replacements, they at best put you in their "log book" for a free replacement item if you go in-store.

There is a reason this place is rated around a 3 star; you'll only get what you pay for in-person, otherwise you're going to have a bad time with unsatisfactory meal.

Food quality has gone downhill. Used to be much better. Ordered a rippa combo, the bread was soggy, minimal lettuce and the chicken was old.

The Springvale store never disappoints. The chicken is always fresh, I would pass other locations just to come to this store. I don't know what it is but it really has the family business feel about it.
