Your typical Red Rooster. This one is located inside a truck stop petrol station. You'll also find Hungry Jacks there as well.

Plenty of room to sit down and nice clean toilets.

Pushing to hard on their staffs I waited 20 minutes to receive my meal only 1 person doing doing driving through customer service at the reception and handling food

Did you catch and kill the chicken too? Worst 30 mins of my life in drive through. So much for “fast food”

I wnt past to get a meal and it was just 9: 10 pm. And they told me that they are closed?
I asked him don't you guys close at 10pm? He said no we close at 9pm.
I checked the website and it was saying 10.
That was so disappointing as i left work just to pick up food and made sure to check the time before i ho there.

2 people working on a Saturday night, this is the worst service I've ever had.ill never come here!

Ordered the wings. Wasn't cooked long enough, still cold inside. Some larger pieces was almost chilled. Unfortunate.

Bought a rippa roll and 10 cheesy nuggets. It would be nice if they gave you sauce with the nuggets

I came in last week and was appauled of the service. The food was cold, but a tall boy who i didn't catch the name was brilliant. Very friendly and uplifting and made my day

Very busy store and on occasion can seem very unorganised.
Definitely not a bad experience just need to be vigilant when you attend here due to the amount of traffic in the surrounding area

Just went red rooster to get lunch it was terrible our meal was just thrown
in the bag the whole meal was cold and the chicken was terrible we wont be coming back

Great tasting chicken, I just wish there was more outlets around Adelaide. Their classic roast is always a winner.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs, ordered lunch through menulog, food was not delivered and the restaurant has refused to offer a refund, so has menulog.

Friendly and wonderful staff. Cheerful. Hot fresh chips my son's favorite. I will definitely come back

I ordered a meal here today at 1pm. By 115pm my food still hasn’t come out so I asked where it was. They had given to the wrong person and the manager acted like it was my fault. She then said she’d make it again and I was happy with that.

Then the guy that took my order came back and said they gave him the wrong food. The manager pointed out that he took my order but said they’d make the incorrect part of his order for him (he and I only had one different item between our orders). They made him his item while I wait another 15 minutes.

At 130pm I asked where my food was and was told it was on the way. I said I’d like a refund because I was on my lunch break and now didn’t have time to eat because I had waited another 15 minutes. The blonde girl behind the register replied “it’s only been 10 minutes”. I then told her it had been 30 minutes since I placed my original order and I wanted a refund. She got the manager who told me she had made my order again.

I then had to explain that if I had my food I wouldn’t be standing at the counter asking where my food was. In the end the manager seemed apologetic but they are so inept I will be avoiding them from now on.

Bad team management. Quite often heard that a bad leader make whole team hard work waste, just experienced today the same. Worst experience ever at red rooster never gonna visit Cook st RR

Food is not the best, limited menu choices before 1130am.

Not my first choice, would rather the KFC across the road.

They don't appear to be a happy bunch at this redrooster. Over worked & under paid maybe? Or not?

It is rare for me to get good hot fresh chips when I go there. If I was in my car I would have been really annoyed how soggy and cold they were. The service at 9: 32pm 5/10/17 reddish haired pale guy was not friendly at all. There was no energy, we could have got value but he didn’t even upsell to us he just took our money and whilst we waited and figured it out,

Used to work here. Everything there is good but there are certain staff that aren't exactly customer service frienly

I ordered at 7pm. It is now 8pm. Rang the store and they told me its 20mins away. Store is about a 5min drive away. Can't leave work just to walk there and get it. I understand there might be 1 driver to deliver all orders but if its going to be late, why not give a courtesy call just to let me know?
