Red Rooster

Really great service from the red headed lass who served us. Unfortunately she didn't have a name tag.

I am torn between giving them 6 stars or 1 star.
The chips were 1 star, half empty packet with no salt. The chicken was the best hot honey chicken I've ever eaten. Succulent and soaked in hot honey sauce, hot and fresh.
The lady was polite although being called ma'am was somewhat off-putting, given that we are in Australia.

Female worker behind the cashier is very rude and the uniform is not clean you guys serve food for customer safety on Monday at 11: 18

It’s not that hard. Get the order right. Forgot the sauce, asked for the sauce, you said you had register issues, you where back & forth to the back, still no sauce… pushed on with the dry nuggets… waiting… but couldn’t finish… guess what, really needed that sauce.
Probably won’t be back, there’s a reason you are way down the fast food order.

Cold chicken. Not lukewarm, just straight up cold chicken. On my way to work tonight, I didn’t have the time and didn’t want a replacement. Just want hot chicken the first time. Red Rooster always a disappointment.

Staff took 10 minutes to serve us and then another 15 minutes just to get our food ready. Unbeknownst to us at that the time until halfway through our meal they undercooked my partners chicken which eventually led to them getting food poisoning. Will never eat here or at another red rooster ever again.

Needing a quick bite on the way home on Christmas Eve about 19: 00, we swing by the drive through. The gentleman serving us was insanely friendly, persevered when having issues with the loyalty card, recognised it was my wife’s birthday and wished her all the best. He then gave us options for a discount due to her birthday and added a small treat by way of saying Happy Birthday. Amazing service and such a nice guy. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but I hope this good feedback gets back to you. Thanks.

I don't usually eat red rooster but I walk past store and I see 2 very beautiful girls working in Saturday evening and I had to come in an order food from them.

The staff there were very helpful and very kind I love this red rooster they made everything fresh and the food was very delightful.

The food was fine but this is to be shared with Red Rooster, Hungry Jack's and Shell.

Just wow, it's dirty.
It was quiet with only 7 customers in the whole building including us, and we went for dine in at 11am, and decided to eat in our car instead.
All outside bins were over flowing and rubbish and scattered through the entrance.
Inside bins were over flowing and rubbish on the ground.
Not a clean table with over half tables having previous diners rubbish.
Floors were covered in rubbish and muddy footprints.
The toilets were the worst 'branded' toilets I've seen in a decade, every cubical had toilet paper on the floor, urinals were full of chewing gum, sinks were covered in soap grime, hair and someone's socks.

The only place locally that does a decent Pineapple Fritter. Also, the wraps are incredible and miles above Maccas in flavour and freshness

Really bad, had the BBQ chicken burger combo, dry, bacon really chewy, maybe that's why you have not many customers, and hungry jack's opposite is packed

I came to place an order to take home for my fiance, The young lady with glasses who served me last night 19/08 is possibly the nicest chicky ever. Her customer service is exceptional and a big asset to your team.

Fantastic friendly service. We put in a large last minute order, and the manager was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. The food was so fresh and delicious, we will definitely return to this store.

I went there through the driveway a couple of days ago and one of young staff members 'Omar' served me I really love this place and will go more

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes ended up backung out of the drive through and going somewhere else.won't go there again!

I hadn't eaten Red Rooster for over 20 years until about three weeks ago and only because we don't have one where we live now I am hooked and enjoy eating my dinner here a few nights a week as I work nights driving trucks.
I love the Ripper meal, also the chicken pieces are so tasty and crunchy, gravy I tip over my Ripper roll and is the bomb
The staff are friendly and very busy the only thing I dislike is sometimes the wait for your food but I can put up with that as the wait is worth it.
I did for a long time enjoy KFC but will never step foot in one of there stores as long as I live. You can read my review on KFC in my profile.

Male worker was rude and got upset when I told them that my order was wrong. Also wasn't wear his mask correctly.

Worst customer service ever. They run out of stock constantly and usually there's one person at the counter who is the SAME person running drive thru. Worst fast food service ever! The red head girl at the counter is awful and acts like a 5 year old.visited 8/3/22 @ 1: 30pm

Hopeless. Can't get their own app to work – 'validate delivery error – ring the store and speak with someone who can't understand me and I can't understand him. Repeat the issue a few times and get a garbled response. Do you sell chicken or not?
