I've always loved Red Rooster, but the staff at this store were exceedingly supportive and helpful with me redeeming some rewards for my birthday and points that I'd accrued over the year.
They were calm, welcoming, and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all (although I suspect I still was).
It's great that the staff at this store were as amazing as they were. Really appreciate them, especially with the already amazingly famous food.

The food is terrible. Me N the kids had diarrhea the next day from the chicken. Was told by gp it was from food poisoning

Nuggets were cold, strips in sub were cold, chips were fine. Middle of lockdown, staff not wearing masks.

Unfortunately couldn't get a chicken roll combo, apparently, Red Rooster staff are to busy too make me one?
Then to top it off I paid at the cashier with loose change and she couldn't add it up, I watched her count it 5 times then still needed the manager to help count it again.

Good food enjoyed the fried chicken at red rooster Hampton Park but they should clean their store a bit more often their tables and floors are always dirty

Average Red rooster store that for some reason makes you park your car when you go into the drive thru, for the last 5 visits this has occurred

Love this Redrooster. The team is always very polite and helpful. The food always fresh and I never have to wait long. I go out of my way to go to this specific Redrooster, so I would definitely recommend it!

Had the new Fried Chicken last night.
Absolutely delicious, enjoyed every bite.
Store was very busy, but the staff were fantastic.

Chickens a bit scared. Had to put a microscope on to see them.
Must have only bare minimum on.
I had red rooster before 20 years ago and then they more chicken then.
I might stick to home which I think is better for you.

I haven't been to Red rooster in 2 years, so i decided to go after work and get the tropicana pack. Worst decision I've made! I got hardly any chicken and around 12 chips in the box. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Better to go to the chicken shop near my house, get better service and more chips and chicken for half the price!

My wife and I came into this restaurant asking for some hot water. My wife was having an anxiety attack from medication, coupled with server shakes irritations and a few other side effects, no help at all. Turned us down on hot water so she could take something to help. Ended up going to a very helpful team at Subway, which helped my wife till we reached Dandenong hospital.thank you so much for your terrible staff.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. And I'll explain why.
I stood at the register for about 10 minutes whilst employees were just standing there looking knowing my order needed to be taken.
Not only was it bad customer service, but also the toilets are disgusting. And the place is completely out dated tables that are uneven so your most likely to lose your food.
It's just not up to the standards it really should be in.

We order from here quite often & four times they get the order wrong, I mean seriously!
Each time you go in there’s always different staff who don’t know how to use the registers maybe I would suggest train them before they use the register
Had a clear view of the cooking area and there always seem to be taking their sweet time and talking too much & what’s with only one staff member taking orders when thee should be one on register and one for the drive thru I only keep coming back because I like their chips

Absolutely appalled with the service of Red Rooster Hampton Park. Ordered dinner (for delivery) at 7: 30pm, and got a text that we sound receive our meal in 20 minutes.
By 8: 35pm STILL NOT FOOD. Called up and rang and they said “Oh we’re packing the food now, should get to you in another 20 minutes”. We lived 5 minutes away (wanted to see how delivery would be) and we said we would come pick it up, they strongly said no we will deliver etc.
Then 8: 45pm called back and cancelled the order, they told us that they were “so busy” and couldn’t rush our food.
We then drove down 8: 55pm, and there is 1 person on window and taking orders, one manager ignoring customers, and one person in the kitchen preparing food. If you’re busy – HIRE and PUT MORE STAFF on to attend to customer demands – beyond ridiculous.
The girl at reception serving us – was so unfriendly, and seemed so disinterested in her job.
We then got the same order we ordered online, at the store at 9: 10pm, spoke with the manager Vikas who kept interrupting and said there was not much he could do, and offered a chocolate mousse.
When we said that our order should be 20 minutes via text, he said sorry but red rooster work on a central system. And that’s all he could offer – passing the blame.
We had guests leave who had children, and was not happy at all with the service.
By the time we got home it was 9: 25pm to eat dinner (almost 2 hours from our initial order)!
The absolute worse service, explanation and appalling efforts to rectify the issue.
Will be taking this further.

They got my order wrong and gave me stale chips then when I complained they said I ordered the wrong item (picture was directly on top of the price on the menu) made me pay more and gave me undercooked chips to rush me through because "I have other customers waiting" Manager is an abnoxious arrogant indian guy who knows absolutely nothing about customer service or presentation. Never be back again.

Great service, staff are very friendly and nice when you are willing to listen to them instead of complaining about deals that you can get no more

Very rude staff. Chicken was uncooked with blood inside, and the chips were soggy.
Very overpriced menu.
