Got a triple reds burger box and chicken pops, let me say what the worst meal from RED ROOSTER ever. The chicken was burnt and dried out, the chicken pops were so hard they could of held the door open on a windy day. I have a photo but I can’t put it up

Worst redrooster I have been into. Chicken was bland. Staff were not that friendly. Place is dark and not welcoming.

Red Hot chicken is our usual Wednesday dinner. Staffs are cordial. I think every staff in every place can make mistakes. But they have different things in handling it. This branch is really amazing. Not perfect but definitely with good customer service.

Went there today drive threw an ordered 3, $5 meal, the chicken was that dry an the crispy of the chicken was hard.my dogs wouldn't eat it.was a waste of money!

I just need to share my experience with a very lovely man who took my order at the drive through. He looks to be of Indian background (I apologise if I got it wrong), muscular and had a beard. He is the most loveliest person ever and as always your food is amazing

The place was alright although you did have to wait even though there wasn't much customers inside. The food needs to be cooked better as I went to Doncaster a while back and found their food from red rooster better than Hampton park.

I received excellent, friendly and efficient service at this Red Rooster branch. They actually treated me like a person. And the food was good quality. Thank you! Will be back.

The store was absolutely freezing, great for environmentally sustainability though.
Dinning room looks tired.
Chicken is the wrap was cold and had obviously been cooked at an earlier time.
On a plus side, the service was friendly.
You can do better Rood Rooster Hampton Park.

Ordered lunch for my Mum through the drive thru, the food was cooked freshly and everything was correct in the order. The staff were friendly and the wait time was minimal.

I’ve heard that Red Roosters are usually pretty empty, but there’s always a few people eating here whenever I have a look. Their food does comes out cold sometimes, and the locals on the Facebook community don’t say the best things about this place.

Food here tasted like absolute s###. Cold chips and chicken that made me feel sick. I would have taken it back and threw it at their heads but I had my twin children with me.

Was in today when the team had an unfortunate customer, the team handled it well and the food was awesome. Note for the crew, you guys are amazing don't let people like that get you down at all.:)

Good food and service but some staff need to check their menu items sold and get taught better service skills, not all but some

Absolutely amazing the chicken was just cooked I had the $5 value chicken and chips chicken so juicy and the chips were perfect too

Ordered through Menulog. Forgot 2 drinks for the meals and the one drink they did pack was put on top of the hot food. Anna the "manager" refused to help and basically told us sorry come and get them if you want them. Would give zero stars as this isn't the first time.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here yesterday. I ordered a kids snack sub meal, instantly bit into the sub the mayo was very unusually warm, warmer than the chicken. Like it had been left out in the heat or on a hot surface. Thought nothing of it other than it was odd and wasn't used to my sub having warm mayo but anyways about an hour later feeling absolutely crook, nauseous and went straight home to go to bed. I'm 32 weeks pregnant so I was very scared as I have not had good poisoning before while pregnant. I ended up vomiting and being sick throughout the night. This was the only thing I ate at all yesterday. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

This is the first 1 star I have ever given.
I had a bad experience on Saturday. Just bad in every way. I knew the girl stuffed up the order, calculating the cost didn't make sense to what I had ordered and that's okay, it happens.buuut.
It was impossible to get their attention to find the issue and fix it. Another lady who was annoyed and standing at the counter unattended for 10mins actually finally got the attention of one of them all hiding in the back and asked if they could print me a receipt.which the girl printed a paper out, scrunched it up in front of me, chucked it in the bin, mumbled something then went back to the back and stayed there again. When they finally gave us the order. Yep they missed a whole family burger box, which they didn't prioritize to fix their mistake, instead we had to wait an extra 20minutes for it while the rest of the food got cold.
HP community page on Facebook is going off on bad reviews and experiences. How very saddening.

10$ chicken tendies and this is what I got? 3 tiny flat pieces? This is a joke right? Red rooster is actually dead to me. Consistently bad and a waste of money. Not worth it.

The best and most friendly manager I have met. Older Italian bloke was there and he was fantastic. Food well it's always good.
