39I placed my order exactly 3 minutes before closing and it was confirmed. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told that my order had not been made. I think you should stop making kids work here and get serious workers.
Fried Chicken was too salty, and gravy sauce was so thick, fries was so soggy.what happened? Some red rooster branches have juicy and not salty chicken.
I went today to the Red Rooster to buy those fried chicken in the bin advertising they were the smallest chicken fried I've ever seen and if I wanted the third one I had to pay extra $0.90 so this is the last time I'll go there it's not worth it
Slow service more often than not and staff don't know the difference between leg and wing chicken pieces. Disappointing
Not busy, friendly staff, drive thru menu could display more variety of burgers as it was hard to know what was available. Wrap and chips were hot and fresh which was nice.
I go there often and the chicken in the burger is always hot and the chicken wings are always nice and crispy
Ordered on doordash, took the store 40mins just to accept the order.what's the point? Service is way too slow.
They made me wait for half an hour and when they came to the mic they made me wait another half an hour. I don’t know whats going on in there but i know i will never ever visit this restaurant again.very poor customer service. Who ever the manager was on sunday 18 april 4: 07pm needs a review from higher above. Not happy customer
I called in to Red Rooster for lunch on the way home from the Excelsior Hotel and decided to try the rooster roll meal deal. Anyway it was pretty good but unfortunately I don't travel this way a lot so it will be a while before I go there again. The only thing wrong with this place is location, a little too far for me to go out of my way for a snack.
The so called crispy role was cold and there more sauce on and around the wrapping then on the role its self twice this has happened

It was very average. I was disgusted with the two 1/4chicken and chips. There was a few chips with the chicken. I don't have red rooster anywhere near me. So I thought I would treat myself but I got robbed. Not happy.
Ah.what can I say, the place to go for great roast chicken! Chips are up there as well! Seriously underrated. People must unite and keep Red Rooster in business! C'mon Aussies.this place is indigenous to Australia! Let's help the red chicken live a long life.
Lovely staff
Right or wrong, my circumstances mean fast food is a regular part of my diet. I like Red Rooster because it is one of the (perceived) healthier options. I will drive out of my way to go to this store because the staff are always polite and respectful. Customer service is a big thing to me. Whomever does the hiring at this store, is getting it right. Perhaps you could give a few of the other chains a few lessons.
Worst franchise restaurant I've visited. Had a roast meal where the vegtables and gravy tasted foul. Now I can understand things can occasionally go awry but my low rating is not because of the food. It is due to the manager taking offence when I politely pointed out there might be a problem. No refund was requested nor offered. Just a scowl. That's not a way to get repeat business. (I'm a platinum Red Royalty member so I've eaten far too much of the stuff and know when something isn't right.)
Chicken yummy as always, just very unfortunate they were short staffed and running over 30 minutes behind with the Christmas bookings. Car battery went flat keeping my mother cool while we waited, no air conditioning on inside Red Rooster, and so then had to leave car there and get an Ola to our Christmas lunch, which we were already later for at a cost of $45, not very happy and I did feel sorry for the 2 or 3 staff there. Shouldn't have happened as everything was pre-ordered, so many unhappy people but the staff did the best they could.
Their chips are really good, same with the roast chickens. There is something weird about the mayo they put in the burgers, almost tastes like tartare sauce. That is only my opinion, others like it more. Thanks, will return.
Pretty red rooster inside. Food was very nice, not oily at all and felt good afterwards. Service was good. Would definitely return
