Red Rooster reviews
39Worst experience having to wait for more than 30 minutes as opposed what I have been told. Very frustrating experience due to poor service.
I haven't had Red Rooster in 3 years and I am glad about that. Every time I walk past this outlet, I see no one inside and the same can be said with the drive through. Not a soul in sight. It makes me wonder how this place is still in business, delivery perhaps? Anyway, not a fan of Red Rooster and that's just my silly opinion, don't get offended:)
Waited for over 20mins in through only 4 cars in front.
Got to window guy that served us was nice and he tried to close the window so we wouldn't be witness to it or hear it.
Worker in back making food and guy in front serving customer swearing at each other and throwing food at one another whilst several customers in shop also, really disgusting to see and have our children witness whilst stuck in drive through not being able to drive forward or reverse to avoid witnessing this behaviour in a well known franchise. This happened roughly 7pm tonight
Clean, tidy, friendly staff fresh cooked food. Yes it's costs a bit more but not sure why it's always empty.
Idk why this is 3.7 stars I just came in today to dine in and the food was 10/10 and customer service was 10/10 and the place was super clean I'll be coming back again
My experience was decent here. I ordered the Hellfire Sandwich combo. It was good, tasted fresh as fresh can be from any fast food joint. Had no issues with the quality, and nothing was stale. Wasn't spicy enough for my taste buds but had a bit of a kick. I would return. And no, it wasn't dead as legend would have it.
Edit:
Came back recently, and it's still good. Had the Spicy Triple Tender Burger and Buttermilk Wings (requested spicysauce on top although not on the menu). The entire meal was very nice. Would still return.
Wait was very long only to find out they had no chicken, would've left earlier but you couldn't hear the worker through the drive thru speaker and barely at the window.
What an experience this red rooster was. The person on the drive through sounded harassed like a parent with their kids at the end of school holidays harassed and told me in a very stressed tone upfront that there was NO COKE currently because they were still waiting for an order to turn up and could only do Diet Coke or something else for the drink and what would I like darl? After confirming I was cool with the Diet Coke situation she managed to call me darl 2-3 more times before sending me on my way to the next window. Got to window and food and drink were handed over quite quickly which was great. Customer Service 5 stars for sure.
The food wasn’t as great as the service unfortunately. The chips were cold/lukewarm and had a weird stale smell to them. The rippa roll was also a level of cold, including the chicken. It tasted okay, it was just the chilled version of a rippa roll which was not my
cup of tea. Then the gravy, I asked for a regular size and got a family size instead - no complaints there, I was grateful to the enthusiastic person who gave me a family sized gravy because it was the only food item that was warm and it helped add a warm element to the otherwise all cold meal. Food 2 stars.
Overall 3 stars
Great raps service best I have had in a RR Nahrin was behind the counter and is too good to be at RR anyone who has a position for this young lady should take her on as she is so pleasant and polite and helpful
Was the best Red Rooster I've ever had. The food was so fresh, unlike some other stores. The staff were friendly and very accommodating when my online charged more than the instore special. If every visit is like this I would highly recommend this location.
On the 14/12/22 at 7.10pm, I ordered four peices of fried chicken. I waited 10 minutes before i heard the operator tell a drive thru customer it will take 15 mins to cook the fried chicken. Yet, nobody bothered to tell me. I cancelled my order. Appalling customer service.
Went there on the way to somewhere else, so good to visit on the way through, but no reason to go out of the way to go there,
Me and my boyfriend waited 15 minutes in the drive through, at 9: 40 at night, with no cars in front or behind us, and once we got our combos the burgers weren’t even remotely warm
Excellent variety of chicken meals with chips on the side, great range of drinks, and some very nice sweets there too. Toilet/bathroom facilities are excellent too, with the hens name on the women's door.
Pretty decent. More people should definitely be going to Red Rooster as they have such good food for cheap prices. The pictures on the menu are deceiving, but what's new there.
There was quite a wait for our order. The staff could walk a little faster instead strolling round taking their time.
Other than that though the place was clean and well kept. Many seating options along with friendly staff.
I am a fan of the new rebrand that they have done across all Red Roosters. Definitely makes it more a appealing.
Will be returning!
Ordered a red box and the manger was real friendly and bought the food out while we we're dining in.
We thought we would try something different for a family of 5.we used to have quarter chicken and chips use to cost 6 or 7 dollars, well I was shocked, by the time I got everything plus spicey chicken for the hubby well it cost me $100 dollars. I can say it wasn't like it used to be, and we haven't been back since.
Went through drive thru. Very nice staff but they were under the pump with online delivery orders. Had to wait a very long time for the food, not the staff's fault though.
Waited 10+ minutes at the drive through only to be served a wrap that wasn't wrapped properly, so it was basically all the loose ingredients in paper
