Red Rooster

I changed my review. Their spicy fried chicken is bland compared to other branches. In other branches the chicken will be full of spicy sauce. Here, you have to beg to add sauce but still not much.

Red Rooster has changed their menu. A lot more like KFC now and taste good. It also has that authentic local corner shop chicken and chip taste. Impressive!

Wow! Terrific service- friendly & fast. Spotlessly clean & the hot & spicy chicken is fabulous. So much flavour & crunch. I may move in. Will certainly be back.

So unbelievably slow, staff seem unable to complete orders in a timely manner. Avoid this store.

Went through drive through and just got treated like rubbish

So many cars waiting, only one staff.waiting time is about 10mins.service is not good at all.not coming back again anymore.

Bought family pack should have come with whole chicken only came with half.went back.gave us a new chicken that was horrible.wouldn't even feed it to my dog

Have ordered a few times from here and food is never fresh. The chips taste like they are cooked in old oil.

I like red rooster a lot and this is my local place but I never go here because been disappointed too often.

Non busy times with only two cars ahead each time

Once upon a time, I had Red Rooster and I remember it was dry and not fresh. That experience scarred me enough that I avoided Red Rooster for many, many years, and I thought, "it makes sense why Red Rooster is always so quiet".
More recently, at the insistence of a family member, I decided to give Red Rooster another go, and I am now filled with regret at what I have been missing out on over these past few years. I don't understand why Red Rooster is always so quiet, and I'm proud to say I have been converted.
I especially recommend the roast chicken, and also the Flayva wraps. The roast chicken has been consistently hot, juicy, fresh and well cooked, whilst the Flayva wraps, though simple, taste really great.
The service is a bit slower than other fast food chains, but it's definitely worth the wait.

I ordered the grilled chicken burger and it was the worst burger i i’ve ever eat! The chicken has bone and not having a taste! I can’t complete my meal and it will be last time ordering from here

After years of eating KFC, I have to say that the new fried chicken here at Red Rooster is much crunchier and less oily. The potato and gravy have this amazing flavour and tastes real. The coleslaw is also more fresh and tastes delicious! Great service and got my order correct. I will be returning here more often!

Wow 10/10.just had the 3piece and 6 wings absolutely delicious and the crunch on the chicken is outrageous

It's crispy but omg it's very very salty.requesting whoever the incharge of that day please check the taste before your staff serve it to your customers.omg it's very salty.i can't come to return as I live far but I tried to call them to let but staff not picking up as it's near to closing time.i not complaining here but requesting to all staff who making that please check before you serve.its really salty it's waste of money and horrible to serve to my family.its sad.

They took away the only thing I liked from the menu (chilli aioli wrap), oh well there are restaurants!

I actually like red rooster but why are the waits so long? Everyone knows they arent that busy, even with no cars in the drivethru theres a 5 min wait, annoying

This is the Cleanest Red Rooster I have ever been to.

It's bright and has a nice decor.

Food is of great standard, and staff a friendly.

The Cheesus burger tastes great!

Only negative point was there seemed to be one person taking orders for both counter and drive through which meant it took some extra time to order compared to other Red Roosters I have been too.

Ordered the $5 quarter chicken lunch and some peas as a side. Chicken was moist but quite salty. Mash + gravy was very stodgy. Chips were okay but not crispy. Overall, not terrible but not good either. You get what you pay for, would much prefer a local charcoal chicken.
