The worst Red Rooster I’ve been to. The chicken was great, everything else was over cooked and awful.
Consider just going to a regular chicken shop.

STORY TIME
My friend group ordered dinner at Red Rooster Hampton and took our food back to a friends house to enjoy a delicious meal. My friend unwrapped her chicken roll and it flopped onto the dinner plate and looked incredibly soggy and inedible. Everyone stared at it and we all looked repulsed by the mayo drenched bun. It also had a pungent odour which made me sick to my stomach. I ended up forcing myself to eat half of this chicken wrap because i felt bad wasting it. The chips and nuggets were ok, edible at least. We went for an evening stroll to the beach when my friend suddenly felt incredibly sick and mentioned the need to vomit. My other two friends both whom have emetophobia were forced to evacuate from the walkway and headed down to the beach. My sick friend ended up purging on the side of the path, getting vomit all over her knees and the ice-creams we had just bought. I blame red rooster entirely for this audial as there was no TW: PUNGENT FOOD written on the bag. To top off the night my friends with the phobia of vomit ran away from the vomiter causing her to have a psychotic break in the middle of Hampton beach. She nearly drowned and choked on her own munt and no staff were there to help. Red Rooster I have never tried your food until this day. Never again.

I work in hospitality management for many years. I never seen a place that lack of pressure and resilience like this place. Lack of communication and no productivity. Food is alright. 1 hour for 6 piece of fried chicken. Come on guy. Y'all can do better than this.

Never eating Red Rooster again. If i could give this place ZERO stars, i would gladly do it but unfortunately that is not an option. You, the reader, may or may not have seen my friends review talking about the tragic events that took place yesterday and I can confirm that I am the vomiter. I am a very picky eater but never resort to purging especially in public. The roll was soggy and moist, leaving my fingers drenched in grease. I was the one to recommend having Red Rooster for dinner but later that night i realised that was a huge mistake. The chicken was soaking with a sauce that didnt even look remotely appropriate and made me gag just looking at it. I am traumatised and will never eat from here again even if i was being held at gunpoint. DO BETTER.

It's red rooster so you get what you expect, but I would say drive through is great, rarely do I have to queue.

Quality has dropped!

went through the drive thru the staff member confirmed my order back to me as exactly as I said it!
After collecting my order I started heading home almost half way I decided to check my order while I was waiting for the lights to my disappointment my pack had missing items chicken wings and bbq sauce and one detail not followed, so I went back to the drive thru the manager approached me not introducing himself (description bald Indian guy) it was made to feel to feel that I was an inconvenience, the manger tried saying that we don't alter our meals however growing up with this chain I have always made the exact same order for 8 years and the past 3 years this store only being my local pretty basic request extra mayo on my roster roll for my mega box this was a first for me!
He said he would make me a fresh meal, I said I'll keep the nuggets and potato n gravy for my troubles as extra and dissreaged all my other feed back so I was then forced to wait 11 mins in the car park a replacement was handed to me with no apology! And she quickly ran back into the store, This time I double checked my order and yet again missing item this time potato and gravy and cheesy nuggets and next to no chips!
This time I'm just frustrated as yet again so I went into the restaurant were I was ignored by the staff I really struggled to get anyone's attention eventually the manager approached arrogantly I said my order sadly has been messed up again and I said now my food is cold he then said to me thats not my problem no apology was made nor any ownership taken he was quite rude snatching the order from my hand and along with the cold nuggets he ran off into the kitchen throw 2 bags towards me! The was no display of customer support satisfaction or quality control no service recovery was attempted apart from him throwing the cold nuggets back in the bag and hide it under a large fries as I marked the box!
This was extremely disappointing and shameful disgusting experience I was made to feel embarrassed.

If I could give ZERO I would.
Today Sunday October 2nd, the staff refused to allow my clearly desperate 4 YEAR OLD to use the toilet both making different excuses!
What sort of world are we living in where a child is refused a toilet? ! Hmmm yeah "COVID" and all that but where the hell is common decency gone or even a bit of common sense? ! SHAME ON YOU ALL!

Love rooster roll combo, drive through is always busy if you don't mind the wait.
I don't mind waiting for great food.

Today I got a order from UberEats. I was waiting and when I asked for status of my order, Store staff (turban one) replied me very unprofessional. Such a stupid staff whichever don’t know how to behave with others. You should trained your staff with professional manner so they can represent your brand good, not like this stupid staff. #ShowRespect

Cannot fault food or friendly service. All is good until coming around the drive through. Handing over the card to pay, and there is a dirty big RAT TRAP staring at us. Mentioned it three times to three different staff members, none wanted to know (not my problem.). And I can’t reverse outta there. So here is the RAT TRAP - maybe someone now will care enough to move it out of sight?

Ordered classic roast combo. Disgusting. $13 got me a thigh swimming in tray of gravy with what was lucky to be a spoon of peas and 4 small pieces of potato. Gave it to dogs (minus the bones) Not the first time I've been disappointed there but will be the last.

Ordered a loaded fries, which I order weekly tonight it wasn’t even half full, why rip off a loyal customer? And lucky to have 3 slices of chicken in it.when locals keep business in the area to support them and they don’t give back.it was disappointing to see it empty.
