49Slow service with only 2 workers on could have been 3. They also serve ppl at The drive-thru first. Won't go back if I'm in a hurry.
Hampton Red Rooster has table and chairs…We bought a family pack, chicken, peas, coleslaw, chips and a bottle of Solo. I had to ask several times for plates or boxes or something so that we can share the pack between our family members. I was not rude but I was told if I was nice they would find something for me. You would think they would have this all sorted since they have a huge eating area. What did they think we would all just hog into the boxes and tubs and pass them around. Absolutely shocked at the service desk attitude and I do not recommend to anyone.
Much more expensive than KFC…and dispicable behaviour to match their prices and service.
Don’t put your family through this experience EVER! I would not give them any stars!
Food was okay but we were sat being ignored in ten drive through line while waiting got our food for over 10 minutes.kept looking over at us but we were being completely ignored.
The food was really nice but I found it quite expensive for a half chicken and chips and three pineapple fritters we fix cheese and nuggets with over $36 dollars The chicken is really fresh but sometimes you need to wait for a new batch to come out but I rather it fresh and white then older and dry
The worst bathroom experience ever. Even service was so poor and bad. Staff doesn’t care who’s there on the customer service line and nobody bothered to check upon. Such a rude and disrespectful behaviour towards customers. Will never visit again
I asked the manager for the source of the chicken. I went to investigate and discovered Hampton red rooster use under nourished chickens
Red Rooster will forever be my all time favourite fast food. This location does often run out of fried chicken though
S-L-O-W service. I've ordered at least 5-10 times and it never improves even when ordering through trougj the app. If your about to die of hunger.id reconsider it
Went for the first time in years and 2 adults and 2 kids got the Family Feast (2 large chips, 8 piece fried chicken, whole roast chicken and coleslaw!). So that's a lot but I'm a vegetarian so also added corn and sweet potato wedges. And well we had enough for 10 people! So brought half home. Will take husband all week to finish off chicken. I was going to get peas as well but I didn't see them on offer. We sat in to eat and there is a lot of seating inside and a few tables outside. Coleslaw, corn and sweet potato wedges fine, can't comment on the chicken.
Went to Reds today, MASLIN on the drive thru was utterly amazing. Just the best! So good to see young kids getting out there and working, what was she? 13? Great to see! Very polite and took our order efficiently! Good job MASLIN! Will be returning for their delicious large chips and food too! Great. Just amazing. So utterly amazing.
Food is consistent and well done for fast food. Last visit we asked for the chicken cut into 8 and when we opened the box it looked like someone had taken a shotgun to the stuffing.that aside, it's reliable mid week chicken. Service is friendly but they always seem understaffed, so it can be slow going at the drive through. The actual drive through is very narrow, so watch the car.
Exceptional, life changing experience. I laughed, I cried, made friends, lost friends. For better or for worse, my life will never be the same and I will forever hold Brighton Red Rooster in high regard because of this.
Shivani had exceptional service skills, went in for some late night dinner at 10pm and she was lovely and professional. She helped inform us of all the deals going on and give us just the right amount of time to order. Great staff and service.
Very dirty everywhere tables, floors and toilets makes you think about the kitchen!

Shame about what has happened at red rooster, the hot wings are utterly horrible tasting to the point where it is completely inedible. Not to mention, the flayva wrap was looking sad with a sole slice of tomato.
Red Rooster have definitely redeemed themselves in the last few years, and a big kudos needs to be given to whomever has helped reshaped their menu and the ‘tastiness’ of each item. Their chicken is always very crispy and perfectly cooked, and never overly oily which is a major bugbear I have with KFC. The seasoning of the chicken (spicy or standard) and chips, likewise are also well balanced.
The minus 1 star for this particular restaurant is that they have on multiple occasions not fulfilled my order correctly, and considering it’s a 30min round trip from home, it’s frustrating to say the least.
The drive through staff need to step up their game as the ordering process is always awkward (I.e multiple people coming on the comms and asking the same question) through to fulfillment which is likewise, a hit and miss. Otherwise, in terms of the food quality and ultimate ‘tastiness’ compared to their arch enemy that has been my go-to staple over the years, RR is definitely edging ahead.
The serve of chicken I had was really nice and the family I was with loved it also we will go back there
Waited for 15 mins for my meal when I wasn’t told it was going to take so long, no staff and the girl at the front was the only one doing anything while the others walked around scratching their head. Not good enough!
The worst chicken meal I've ever tasted. Cold (even though I live less than 1km away) and inedible.
I advise you NOT to use the RR app to order for pickup.
The app is not linked properly to the instore system and nothing will happen until you enter the store 20 minutes later and ask them what's going on.
The app shows 'order being prepared' but it's not.
