Red Rooster

Disappointed when I ordered delivery on the weekend through their website. I placed my order at 630 in which I received a confirmation email and text that my order had been received by Red Rooster and being made delivery at 7.20, ok must be busy night.
No delivery came, I checked the link I was sent it advised me it was still with the restaurant.
I rang them at 750 asking where it was, the woman I spoke with says "oh we just got the order I'm doing it now, its on its way". Not the case as I know from the confirmation they had the order at 630. By this stage I was starving and the only reason I asked for delivery is I had no car. I waited till 830 then rang again and spoke to the same person who said "oh I was just about to call you to cancel". I asked her what the issue was, she stated they dont do their own deliveries anymore they use Door Dash and couldn't get anyone to deliver it. (nothing on website states this), I told her of my disappointment with lack of information and service and she said she would pass it on to the manager. Red Rooster had my order at 630 and instead of ringing to say we cannot complete your order or even telling me this when I rang, she strung me along for 2 hours making me think it was coming. They gave me a refund, as they should but overall poor form.

Chips are always way too salty. I don't like salty chips and they are always old chips tooo. I personally think all red roosters chips are all too salty. Save our hearts

I only used once picked up a tropical box deal for$5.95.the chips, pineapple, chicken.

Just had the best lunch ever from the Red Rooster at Sunbury. It was a Quarter Chicken with Crispy Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Peas & Gravy. The portion was huge & even though I bought it at the Drive Thru and drove home to eat it, when I got home it was still lovely and hot and the veggies were all still crispy. It was restaurant quality and only cost me $11.95 which included a can of drink. They've got a great team working at this location and the service is excellent. So if you're worried about walking around getting lunch with all the COVID Stress at the moment just go to Red Rooster Drive Thru and give these Crispy Veggies a go. You'll be thanking me. They're a real winner?

I don't normally eat Red Rooster, but l have my two granddaughter's staying with me, so we decided to have chicken with chips & gravy pack each. Which was quite filling & nice. After dinner we plan to see a movie at Reading cinerma's in Sunbury.

Service was excellent gave me advice on the new menu really clean area and toilets food was great and fresh nice little place to eat will go there again love ready red roster

It's Red Rooster, what else is there to say? Except for the fact that the staff were friendly and the service was efficient.

Tasteless roast veggies, not impressed by my whole meal to be honest.
Red Rooster used to be my go to but handing out food like this I will now consider other options.

I think it would kill this store to actually get someone's order right for once. Every time I eat here something is wrong, also have a extra hair or 2 each time.

What happened to you, you guys were usually great not any more the chips were cold and soggy, bacon on burgers wasn, t cooked and onions rings were so tough i could them as spare tyres i used to love Red Rooster until today

Nice girls. Chicken just warm plus not many chips with the classic quarter had to buy some told them. If you buy a large they are only $2.50 so I paid for a large chips. Not happy.

Needs a huge makeover feels cold an empty nothing wrong with the food. We do judge books by there cover

Typically never have a problem with Sunbury Red Rooster. The drive way can be a bit tight - especially the awkward curve coming out of the drive-thru. The restaurant is rarely busy when I've visited. Food is ok but kind of lacks any wow factor. The menu is missing something that really grabs you. They do Coke products, not Pepsi.
