Great chicken people, I'd had my fingers crossed but you delivered 100%+ thank you thank you thank you

After hearing my grandparents extoll the deliciousness, I went to Red Rooster to get hot honey chicken. It was the 3rd time in my life I've been to one and it was well worth it. The drive through was ABSURDLY slow, about 20 mins from start to finish. They also didn't give any serviettes which are much needed with hot honey chicken. Anyway the chicken was delicious, just the right amount of burn and flavour. The chips were perfectly cooked but overly salty so I chucked most out. Usually people don't put enough on so it was a change. In conclusion, I'd highly reccomend hot honey chicken, but not necessarily the service of this location.

Went through drive thru to get chips and a coke. After 7 minutes the girl gave us our chips with out a word, when we went to ask about the coke she closed the window on us. So we waited after ignoring us she decided open the window we proceeded ask about the coke without a word she walked away returned with the coke and still no word from her. I will never come back

Mostly good food, my only frustration is when placing my order, I can never finish without being interrupted, asking if I want a specific item.
Be polite and wait until a customer has finished, then ask your questions

Everytime you go to get their fried chicken it is a 15-20 minute wait, you get steaks quicker than they can cook chicken.

Best place with a drive thru in Sunbury. Less waiting and happier staff than other fast food places around town

Everytime i buy food, i get the wrong food. I always say no added salt and i get salt. I ask for gravy and never get gravy. Sometimes there has even been a hair in my food. Its very disappointing because i like the food but something always goes wrong. The lady reads it to me right but the person making up the food has alot to be desired. Not happy RedRooster.

Fast food chain with great fried chicken! Chicken was served hot and steaming. The chicken breasts were juicy! Fries a little too salty.

Always have the classic roast. Contents are variable. Yesterday the dish was loaded with potato, and peas, no pumpkin or carrot!

Average at best, very slow with orders, dining room was filthy. Staff were more interested in talking to each other rather than serving customers.

Flavor wraps have no flavor now. Won't be going here anymore. Bring back the sweet chilli tenders.

A bit disappointed tonight. Being hot we thought why not get RR for dinner, no cooking right? Didn’t get potatoes or corn. Supposed to be a roast dinner. Roast spuds replaced with sweet potato, not sure why. Put a bit of a dampener on the meal (was hanging out for the corn)!

Excellent chicken and the girl put together a special order based on an old combo deal so l could save money very thoughtful of her

First time we decided to try Red Rooster, the fried chicken was great and the REDS ROAST WITH ALL POTATO COMBO were really great. Today we decided to have another meal there.the REDS ROAST WITH ALL POTATO COMBO was cold, very little peas or sweet potato and could not be any smaller, the same for the CLASSIC HALF ROAST COMBO, cold, almost no chips.they were spread around the chicken and there was less than the amount it comes in a kids lunch box. Terrible food, cold and not enough. In the Roast with all potato combo you could see the bottom of the silver box.
We rang the store to complain and the staff member basically said for us to go to the website and complain there.

This Red Rooster is generally fast at the counter or the drive thru. However, during peak times the drive thru can be very busy and orders can be slow.

I've made an uber order for delivery, my order had to be changed due to less chicken available at Red rooster sunbury, time was only around 8pm, that's 2 hours before closing time, I worked at fast food, chicken doesn't take too long to cook, I'm just disappointed with Red rooster I had to feed a big family everyone was hungry, but anyway

We had the fried chicken which was pretty good. *BUT* I don't understand why so many fast food places give you food (in this case Potato and Gravy) that needs a spoon without a spoon? It really isn't that hard.

Order was not correct. Missing items. When called would not refund missing items. Food was cold.

Food was not delivered. It had been reported ss delivered.
I was informed that it was Door Dash responsibility.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
