Red Rooster

Flayva rolls are always great, however the cheesy nuggets are sometimes a bit stiff, the chips are normally great but they usually forget my sauces. I came through drive thru the other day and I heard one of the girls say is the sauce in there? And the other girl said yes, but it wasn’t in there.not sure why she said it when it wasn’t in there then, so I had to park and go in to give the sauce.

All of you thats thinking of getting chicken from this specific branch at deer park, please don’t. The food takes over an hour to be delivered at the condition of food exceeds your expectations in being bad. Grab kfc or a roasted chicken at woolies or sth. Any chicken would be better than theirs. Just save your time and money but simply erasing off red roosters @deer park from ur food menu.

As I understand that you are busy however, that said, I do expect my food to be hot.
Chicken cold, chips were cold and soggy, my gravy was cold.
Did the delivery driver take my food on a journey with window open?
Get your act together if I want cold food I’ll eat a salad

So slow. Waited over 10 minutes for a 1/4 chicken & chips. Chicken was dry and looked hacked. Wth nobody in from if me. Lift your game. Give the place a miss. Throw it away.

Very pleasant male staff. Top customer service skills. Ordered drive thru 20 mins ago. Pleased with service. Food was served over than expected. Thank you for the experience. Highly recommended.

The kitchen is dirty the equipment is dirty the staff are not very pleasant or enthusiastic the food was disgusting and expensive.im sorry but i have nothing nice to say about this place.

Food is okay if you don't mind waiting 15 minutes
Staff are rude always have super disappointing experiences with there drive through workers.

KFC wet tissue is better then chicken wings,

Ordered our meal to be delivered. The delivery person was great and the food got to us in a good timely manner. Will order from them again.

A good classic chicken feast, at this place.you cant go wrong. I had the chicken tender wrap item in a meal, and it was delightful.

Waited 20 minutes for food they were just prioritising drive thru. Had to ask if they've forgotten about the orders for customers in store. Poor experience

Looks can be deceiving

It may look like an outdated red rooster from the outside and look even more outdated on the inside the meal I just had was the best red rooster meal I have ever had and I have been to heaps along the east coast the chips where fresh, the cheesy nuggets where fresh, the quarter chickens where fresh, the chicken rolls where fresh and the service was great.

To have all those meals fresh it is not a coincidence it is made to order.

Always tight on chips so much more can fit in the box it seems to be a common accurance with most places these days pay top dollar for chips and get nothing, must come out of the kids wages!

Theirs something about the way they cook the Chicken that makes it taste better than you normal charcoal chicken place. Yummy food great quality, I know red rooster isn't the first option people choose but wen your going out for fast food try these guys out u wont be disappointed thats for sure.

Red rooster rocks. The girls are.nice and professional. The chicken is finger licking good. And the amenities are well kept.

No delivery! Ordered online but food didn't arrive even after 1hr 30mins. Terrible service and would like a refund!

Wish I could’ve remembered his name but there was a young man that served me and he showed excellent customer service. Even offered to help me bring all the food (it was a lot) to my car! I’ve never had any issues with the staff or food here and I’ve been going to this place for years.
