What an absulute day mare the second time they give us chips dipped in salt our orders nothing less then 35 buks I didn't ask for replacement of the fries the first time bcz I thought it wont happen again but it did today and they told me no it's not two salty when I had to blow each 1 and tap them to be able to eat some they think they going to go broke for a chips very rude and unprofessional with food I wonder why not much people there I didn't really wana go there it was my sons idea never ever again even if I'm going die I whould rother eat my shoes instead oh man the food stuck whoulnt wanna go down after the discussion about the fries it's stuck I wich it comes out I'm feeling sick

Good customer service today from bloke that served me at drive through today around 320pm. Food was fresh, quick with the right amount of napkins and a beautifully folded bag. Literally a golden fast food experience! Thank you

We ordered honey chicken and hot chicken we found multiple pieces of black long hair in the chicken

Not the service l am used to at a Red Rooster. The ripa was not put together with one chicken strip not even in the roll. The flayva wrap was a mess. If it had not been taken away l would have asked for replacements but not worth the drive.

If l could give minus stars l would. Went to this place on Easter Monday 10/4/2023 and asked for the Crunch Box as it appears on the Red Rooster App only to find we were refused our order. Very angry and disappointed our order was refused. We were told Red Rooster doesn’t support this order anymore. Our friends later that day went to the Watergardens store and it was available to order. Red Rooster have lost me!

Crikey. Well they have always been good for collecting orders when I'm on Delivery. This time it was my turn to receive a delivery. The delivery time was excellent, very fast. The Roast Chicken was amazing, highly recommend. That's where the praise ends. The potato mash and gravy.where's the potato? A few spots of it in amongst a pool of gravy. And I made the mistake of thinking the corn wheels may have been corn fritters for the price. Nope 6x corn wheels equals an ear of corn cut into 6 pieces ha ha ha. For $5.45, ridiculous.

So, in summary, anything other than the Roast Chicken is gratuitous at best. Expensive and pointless. Get the chicken and order sides from another place.

They still remain brilliant at getting the deliveries out the door and make my delivery job easier as a result.

Food was good, poor girl.serving was run off her feet while the young male behind the counter played on.his phone. He continued to play on his phone whilst walking around with a jug of water trying to make himself look busy. Definitely no team work here but credit to the young lady serving.

Every time I have ordered from deer park red rooster in the late afternoon never been disappointed the quality the service excellent the owner is training his staff correctly in my opinion.

Best Red Rooster in the West! Always fresh and service is second to none. Good job guys, keep up the good work

Don't go to this Red Rooster in peak times. The wait times are inexplicably too long. Delivery orders were also delayed. Overall, not a good customer experience.

I always come to this store for lockdown comfort food. The food is always of good quality and fresh. The staff always friendly, and the store always clean.

First time buying from here but I bought the fried chicken. Asked the worker and they said they don’t eat from there which made me uneasy. After getting the fried chicken I was amazed on how good it was! Crispy, bigger then kfc, juicy and it dosnt taste like a heavy piece of chicken. Tasted healthy and was not dry. Props to red rooster for this style!

Awesome customer service, fried chicken is a must try. So juicy, so fresh and super crunchy. Best fried chicken ever.
I've always ordered through the app for convenience, and fried chicken comes fresh consistently every single time.

This is Last time I will be coming to this Red Rooster! This is usually my local red rooster and 9/10 times its good. But this time there were different staff members and the drive thru attendant was RUDE and the food was cold.
Shame as it use to be a good store.
Would not recommend this Red Rooster.

It's a place you can go if you want some other chicken.
My favourite is the Classic Rooster roll.
Can never go wrong.

Purchased some of the new range of rooster roll $5 meals the meals themselves were very good however they gave the correct amount of drinks but my order was missing one rooster roll and one chips packet luckily I checked my order so I was able to get the correct items but considering how quiet it was it's genuinely surprising that they were unable to give me the correct items first time around The Coke zero's were very flavorless and not very advertising however I'm unsure if it's specifically red roosters Coke zero or if Coke zeroes are like that in general The chips and rooster roll were both very nice a decent feed for $5 assuming you get the correct amount of items

Worst customer service and long wait.
The guy at the front he really don’t care about the customers and the staff speak in their own language infront of customers

Disappointed slow service & our order sat in warmer for 10 minutes before been given then asked for fresh ones

Saw worker go to the bathroom then not wash his hands absolutely disgusting i hope you guys get caught
