Nice hot food but slowest service 4 orders were taken after mine and 4 orders were served before mine.

Absolutly over priced changed there menu not worth the time or money anymore I suggest you support your own local individual charcoal chicken shop where you get all you want and more bang for your buck.

The food was cold and the chicken was undercooked. I expect better from a place like this. Don’t get me started on the staff, they treat you like they are doing you a huge favor.

Terrible service. Waited 30 mins to get served. Waited another 30 mins for the food to come out.
Never again. Stay clear of this red rooster.

Had nice time here. The order prepaed quickly. However, the quality of my food wasn't as satfiying as I expected it to be.
This was absolite ****, orange cheese lookin *** plastic ******* burger.
Flavour was decent but it could be better.

Poor delivery experience. Food took 25 mins longer to arrive then initially estimated. Issues with app as to when the driver had arrived. Driver then unable to contact me when they had arrived.
Food cold when arrived and the order was incorrect.

Food is delicious but the customer and delivery services in below average.
Need to improve customer services.

Sometimes you want two whole chickens, and a tub of peas. But you don’t want judgement. This Red Rooster delivered. I went through the drive through, and found the 90° corners to be manageable in a long car. Also, the server called me ‘mate’. Isn’t the real prize the friends we make along the way?

Stepped in to get a quick roll and stepped out almost immediately. The place was dirty and disgusting. The staff didn't even bother to greet us. Might have been a bad day for the staff so can forgive that - but the lack of hygiene I saw behind the counter was horrifying.

Ordered delivery through the website, waited half an hour for a phone call to say they didn’t have a delivery car and they would refund me but it will take 2-3 days. I’m sure you would know sooner than 30 minutes that there was no delivery car available. Disappointing.

For pity’s sake, why don’t you people change your opening hours on the website. When everything is closed, if you have the wrong closing time, people will drive a long way thinking you are open! Score -1

10pm Monday night I decided to get a 1/4 chicken and chips from the drive-thru and when served, the chips tasted like they'd been sitting there for hours. Unfortunately inedible, I threw them out as I couldn't be bothered driving back to the store. I then came down with a violent case of gastro 7-8 hours later. I rang the store in the morning to let them know and they not only didn't care, but refused to give me a number for their head office so I promptly reported them to the local council. I will NEVER be going back here again.

Been there forever and food and service is good. I've been in and out of that Red Rooster for 20 odd years. Nice to have a change from all the other types of fast food outlets!

Some of their stores are pretty depressing places, but this one is busy enough with deliveries that the food is fresh and the service was very good.

This store here is at their worst. Staff don't even care about the customers. They will let them wait for entire life. Why can't redrooster hire more staff to be efficient and successful. Worst to death.

This outlet usually has good quality and fast service compared to others, but what has happened to the provision of newspapers? When I go in I like to chill and read the paper. Please don't be cheap and try to save money by eliminating newspapers - readers will just go elsewhere.

GOT FOOD POISINING, RUDE STAFF, AFTER APPROACHING THE MANAGER A FEW DAYS LATER HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT AND WANTED ME TO FIGHT HIM OUTSIDE. WHAT A JOKE HOPE IT CLOSES DOWN. CAN NEVER TRUST GREEKS

I went when they first opened in the morning and the food was ok but unfortunately my experience was tainted by the men’s bathrooms being so disgustingly filthy, the walls, doors, bench tops and the toilet itself were all so dirty I felt sick. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks- made me think how unclean the rest of the store would be.

My experience was really good and staff member served me was really helpful. Fast service. Definitely recommended.
