Red Rooster

I have an issue EVERY single time I order form here. Last time they just didn't send me a whole chicken I had ordered with my delivery and when I spoke to them they told me I would have to come pick it up myself. After complaining and speaking to a manager they eventually agreed to refund me the item I had paid for but not received but that never happened. I let it go.

I order again today and am once again disappointed. Our large gravy that was easily only a quarter full. We ordered a large chips and a family chips and the family chips was only half full so we poured them out next to each other and there was far less in the family then the large which we paid extra for?

I get Red Rooster if fast food but it's not cheap, we just spent $75 on dinner for 2 and are once again completely disappointed. Clearly the owner of this location or management don't care, I wouldn't order from here ever again.

Places an order via the Red Rooster app for delivery. Driver arrived with the wrong order so advised to call the Fairfield Store to sort out. Called and spoke to a nameless person who advised I had two options, either place an order for something like small chips to trigger another delivery so they could have my original order re-delivered or I could go into the store and pick it up.

I opted to buy a small chips only to find that the app only allows a minimum of $25 order for delivery. So opted to drive to the store to pick up.

When I asked the server why they treat their customers so badly she asked my for what I think they should have done in this instance. I advised to deliver at their cost considering they made the mistake. She replied “okay thanks” and left it at that.

When I called on the 19 07 2023 the manager and staff members made everything easy and included something extra in the meals.

Service was excellent and very mature in nature and professional Level With a welcoming again to another visit

Rude manager! Was willing to pick up and rudely wasn’t offer to make out our fresh that was 1hr+ old! Bad customer service

The chicken was cold, the music in the store was blaring, some weird music not appropriate for a food store/restaurant. I drop in for a feed occasionally but I will never be going back. Not up to Red Rooster standards, maybe they need to review their franchisee standards.

Very cold. The heating was not turned on despite being a very cold day. Very dirty & loud Indian music playing non-stop

Dirty and disgusting restaurant area. Male toilet floor covered in water and urine so when you walk out you leave urine soaked footprints everywhere. Couldn't see into food prep area so unable to comment. I'll assume it's perfect.

Went for a $5 chicken and chips, appalled by the service and treatment by the owner. Chicken was dry and cold, chips were no different. The owner prepared all of my food without gloves, just disgusting. There was a worker preparing raw chicken without an apron. The owner treated both me and his employee horribly, very rude and disrespectful. New low for fast food. Owner needs a reality check, poor workers.

Not only is Red Rooster the undisputed king of the Australian fast food industry, but this location in particular has literally saved my life on multiple occasions, by pulling me out of the darkest of hangovers.

Don’t get cute with your order, just get a stack of their fried chicken, mess about with large chips covered in chicken salt, and take a bath in a tub of their life changing potato and gravy.

Red roo. I love you.

Always prefer this to Macca's.
Grab a chicken salad roll combo - it's the way to go!

Worst restaurant ever. Waited 20.mins for "fast food" ro realise they forgot a burger! Management and staff are soooo lazy and drag their feet. Worst outlet ever.

Don't go here, I ordered a crunch box today and there's a nail in it from someone's hand,

Pepper chicken is awesome, beats KFC or fancy places, so much flavour, tender juicy meat but still crunchy on the outside, amazing, just try it!

Got whole chicken-tooo salty couldn't eat it by itself, had to dip it into sauce to make it edible.
Got 3 pieces chicken, kfc is much better.
Chips are not that good.

The fried chicken was delicious, especially the thigh piece. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, didn’t feel oily like other fried chicken brands. It’s a must try! The staff were friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. Will be back!

If you want to eat at 6pm, you have to order at 3pm，This is great, 6 stars for you, this is the extra one

I ordered 6 spicy wings and the chef gave me too much sauce and now i have to throw it away because it too spicy and his attitude is very bad. I will never comback.

It's not a good sign, when you look into the kitchen, and it's dirty. Since it's a restaurant, you'd assume the kitchen should be the cleanest.

Very rude staff during the night shift, if that’s how you treat your customers, no wonder I see your stores closing left and right.
