Absolutely pathetic customer service. I normally go to the Hogans Corner store where the food quality and service is excellent but it was late so I ordered from this dump. I ordered extra salt on the chips in my order and instead I got no salt at all. It was as if they were giving a big f.you to the request for extra salt. I ordered through menulog and it was put on the doorstep in 7deg temp with no knock on the door, no call, no message and no email.the food was stone cold by the time I checked to see if it was here. I highly recommend avoiding this store as in previous instore visits the customer service and food quality were poor. They've been given the benefit of the doubt too many times.

I really like Reddy Rooster, they have some not flat out bad for your health food unlike some of the competition. And they are Aussie.

Ordered via menu log, they forgot the coleslaw. Also when I called only than did they inform me it was running behind as appose to a courtesy call. Food was tasty however but sort it out!

Drive through service was very poor and disappointing and will not be going back to this store.

The best of the RR stores that I've been to. Staff are friendly, chicken is always fresh and properly cioked.

New fired chicken was great. However staff are very low efficient on food cooking causing long queue in drive thru. But the food worth to wait.

I am dissapointed but i will try to use constructive feedback
My mum ordered a large chips with extra salt. We got chips with no salt, so we went back through and asked politely for them to put salt on. Still no salt, nor on the 3rd try. It took them until our 4th go to give us salt. I urge you to respond to this review

We ate in and had to listen to the constant yelling of team members from front service through to back kitchen. Perhaps some review of service operations might help. Would have eaten outside had it not been so hot and certainly didn't feel I would want to return. Maybe stick to drive through, as at least the food was up to standard.

Something's seriously weird about this place. My last visit (about 6 months ago) the door to the outdoor dining area was broken and therefore closed off, it is still like that now.holes smashed in windows just taped up instead of repaired.is this a franchise? Money laundering cover story? I dont know how they stay open as i barely see anyone else there when I'm there hahahaha so weird. Awesome chips and gravy though.lol

Sorry had the best chook last week same time same location, so impressed went exactly same time same place what a disappointment chook didn’t even feel as heavy got home low and behold dried up old bird even wings and drummies were completely seperate from body of bird not happy

Just spent 14 minutes stuck in their drive through for a quarter chicken and roast veggies. Get to the window and they didn’t even know what we’d ordered, had to repeat order and continue waiting. The girl serving wore a red jacket that was literally black at the front it was so dirty! Heard of washing your clothes from time to time?

Good food service was OK shop was clean and tidy tables needed attention looked like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth

Food isnt the best, something I had from there made me feel sick a few hours later.customer service needs improvement.

Worst and stale food.out of stock for drinks and sides should have got the mash for side and they were out of stock again and the chips were stale.never going back

Great place now new owners have done a great job had an issue with an order tonight and the man I spoke too was very helpful can’t fault it other then a minor error with my order but it’s a fast food place hard to be perfect

BEST EVERRRRR. If you have never tried Red Rooster, do it, try it once, and thank me later. You'll be hooked, they have the yummiest chicken and the crispiest chips. Highly recommended.

A bit run down, compared to McDonald next to it, but how good is the Rippa roll! Yum

Good thing is quick service without any queue

Meal was freezing cold, restaurant was disgusting and dirty, staff were rude didn't want to be there

Our experience was horrible. They didnt have enough chicken, the chips were overcooked and we asked for a half chicken and chips but got a tiny little chicken drumstick. Also didnt get our onion rings and bbq sauce until 15 minutes.

Best chips in the Western Suburbs! This Redrooster store Always get order right and the quality of food is so fresh and cooked well.
