Ordered inside waited over 20 min to get our food but they served 15 cars in drive through that came after us, very poor customer service, when we asked how long will it be for our food they say not long and serve another 2 cars again before us, next time I will just go to maccers down the road at least they have good quick service

Staff on drive through doesn't understand what's on the menu board. Difficult to communicate through the system I had to drive up to the counter to order and got my food later than the others.

Worst takeout restaurant I have ever been to. Ordered two rooster rolls and they were both more than a few hours old, soggy, wrinkly buns, Buns genuinely looks like they had been dipped into water. Chicken nuggets were rockhard and cold. Chips were undercooked tasted so bland and freezing. Couldn’t even hold the role without it Falling apart, was completely mush.
Chicken tenders were overcooked, hard and hard and dry.

Spent $45 and didn’t get to eat either of the meals as I was scared of food poisoning.

Red Rooster seems to have the best employees in the fast foods industry. I don't know how they select, train, or retain their staff, but whatever criteria they've been using seem good enough to deliver good outcomes for customer experience.

No longer accepting cash as a payment. Only learnt of this after I had entered the drive-through. Wasted ten minutes. Was told it was because of an ‘incident’.

Disappointed that there is no longer coke for drink. Aside from that, my flavour wrap was near half the size. Son ordered a reds box, got burger and chips, no chicken piece, no gravy.
Chips were soggy.
Beyond disappointed.
Sadly, not the first time.
Wonly plus, woman at window was very pleasant.on't be back.

Hopefully they fixed the automatic door, it was freezing inside. Had to eat in my car. As for the rest, it's a fast food place, handy location and affordable

Had to wait for 20 minutes and then got home and had half a large chips. I just don’t think it’s that hard. Very expensive and only get half what I ordered. Despicable place. Hope it shuts

My favourite place to come for food after work, always tastes fantastic only downside you always get out into the waiting bay no matter what you order

Great place friendly staff the food here is super tasty and will leave your mouth salivating and wanting more set in the heart of Altona so come on down and see for yourself you won't be disappointed why cook

If I could give it zero stars I would. Buttermilk chicken was overcooked and greasy. Chips were awful. No salt and tasted overcooked. Hubby had strip sub two tiny pieces of chicken. Lettuce very old. Coated in mayonnaise.gross

Store asked me to leave a review, quick however never reads notes if ask for no sauce will always get extra. Only order if you want exactly what is on menu. They never read instructions.

Ive always liked Red Rooster, decent feed and good to use the app for decent deals. Service is touch and go with fast food chains but most time I have had friendly service from this particular shop

First time ordered red rooster fried chicken and I'm so impressed with the chicken, no more kfc for me!

Great costumer service got oder done in great time with only 2 staff, only reason 4 stars an not 5 is that their hot n spicy burger was not hot n spicy

Cant belive this place was open 2330hr's, other then the McDonald's down the road and a couple of shady pizza joints, I was happy to find this place open. Not only was it open but it wasn't busy and there was no wait. All menu items available, and cooked and made fresh. What a relief that is could get some late night food (that's actually real food)

It used to be good but not anymore. Choose this place if you want cold and soggy food. I told em that last time chicken was cold in the flava last time, so they decided to microwave the whole wrap after preparing it and made the whole thing soggy af. The oil was dripping because of microwaving for too long and cheese and sauce broke down into oils. The bread was sticking to the paper like plastic. Really bad.

Finally tried the fried chicken, not bad, bit oily and could use more flavour, a bit bland, but nice effort. Probably stick to KFC.

It's good. Never had a bad experience. Sometimes during busy feeding hours the drive thru can get pretty busy. The kids that work there are friendly enough. But, its a good little Red Roota.

Ordered 3 times from this red rooster and all 3 times they've missed something or its the order wrong. When calling the store to work out a solution either they've put me on hold and never come back, don't care, rude or unhelpful. Very poor customer service and unprofessional for this store.
