Chips were mixed super hot and room temp. Girl at counter screwed up the discount after playing around for a while, nearly charged more somehow.

Had a wrap box meal, cheesy nuggets were good and the gravy was really tasty. The seats are abit worn out with tips etc but good service

Ordered 2 regular chicken and chips, 8 nuggets and a large chips. Drove 3 mins to home and immediately opened our food. It was all lukewarm. Some bits were even colder than that. Surely ordering thru drive thru at 9.15pm should not result in this sort of food

Just went and ordered two fish wraps, they told us we have to wait in the bay as there is a wait on the fish, with no issue we said okay. After waiting for a period of 10 minutes, had one of the workers, not aure if manager or not but had a asian descent, came out and gave us the wraps with free large upgrade and ice cream and chocolate mousse. Amazing customer service and awesome gesture, and food was made perfect too!

I am a regular here when in Epping and have noted too many times that when I order the usual quarter chicken and chips the chips are undercooked and the box is always half full. For the price of it I would expect more and at the very least make the chips amazing to entice people to come in; leave them cooking longer!

Yes my wife has the large vegie medley and I have the family size chips (yes I know these are'nt the best) especially when i am obese, but it's better than having the chicken at least for me anyhow.

The girl in Drive Thru was fantastic she repeated the order even though we kept changing it nothing was a problem and everything was fresh and hot yum

Extremely poor customer service. She actually screamed at us to repeat our order, if it wasn’t for my baby, I would honestly come to you and lectured you some manners. Worst of all, had my fish raw for fish & chips family feast, how disappointing & waste of money. Please don’t just do it as it’s your job, do it with the knowledge that it’s human beings which you’re serving & their health. How would you feel if it’s vise versa? Gummon, be professional at least

Wasn't a good experience in afraid. All cold after my 5 minute drive home. Vegetables were stone cold and had been sitting in water for far too long.

Great taste, but if there is anything these guys excel at, it's their ability to keep you waiting around for your food. Never in my life have I sat in a drive through for 20 minutes.

Maybe just do delivery if you are craving some Red Rooster.

Arrived at 1335 pm on a sunday afternoon.
Only 3 customers in the store.
The chubby european guy was rushing us to order and had no customer service would be better positioned out the back!
Food only very average compared to other stores. Will not be returning

Absolutely disgusting. Placed an online order and was told 60-70 minutes. Nearly 2 hours later abd still no delivery. Had to come down to the store and as soon as i arrived the car apparently just left. And it took 5 minutes for a worker to come out. Worst experience for food delivery. Not even a phone call to let me know they were running late

Shocking store, waited 15 mins with only one car in front of me. The past two times they have messed up my order and the food was barley warm don't bother calling to tell them because phone rings out every time, Thanks for nothing

Nice RNB, uncut music, chairs where dirty & some tables, but we asked for napkins & wet ones & cleaned them ourselves. It took a while at the cash register due to it may have been faulty.

Well I bought red rooster for all my family tonight and I would have to say it was the worse red rooster that I have ever had. The chicken was dry and the chips were like they had been over cooked and it cost me a fortune. Very disappointed.

Normally, I say that this place is the best Red Roster in Melbourne. Always fresh and tasty food.
