Red Rooster

Ordered online via red rooster website. Received call from store telling me wrong order was given to delivery driver and for me to tell him to go back to store. After almost 1 hour and speaking with manager, no order delivered, and being told I need to contact door dash to sort it out as Red Rooster cannot deliver my order and they can’t tell me when I will get a refund.

I just waited 16 minutes in the drive through and recieve a cold ripped roll, Not just warm, Cold! Like it had just come out of the refrigerator!

The worker at the window was so rude, Rolling her eyes when I asked to change my drink and pretty much threw my food at me.

A nice red Rooster for lunch or dinner. The staff are all extremely nice and friendly and the food is good. Plenty of parking there and drive through has quite fast service given it can be busy at times.

I placed an order, do you actually look at you orders. I requested Leg, not wing. I have a medical condition that is why I asked for a leg. I placed order at 5: 40, are you telling me you sold out at the beginning of tea rush or did you not look at my order?

Food was cooked fresh, but very slow service. Staff were nice and polite store was clean inside

Thank you to the staff here, recently i came here and had a minor issue with my order.when I explained my issue they listened and helped me straight away and my Hellfire burger was top notch, one of the best spicy chicken burgers out

Will not go back. Did not enjoy meal and actually didn't eat chicken hamburger after a couple of mouthfuls. Very disappointing.

Ordered a flayva combo but when I got home I discovered the flayva was missing! Called them immediately, they knew exactly what was missing but when I I got there they kept me waiting and when I explain Ed to the lady that I am the one with the missing flayva she insisted that I wait more in a rude way
I told them it’s bad enough the time that was wasted but also the rest of my food is going cold at home she shook her head in a patronizing way as if to say what r u talking about
Really disappointed

My classic quarter was under cooked and I gave it to my child without realising and he got
very sick. I politely called to let them know, and rather than an apology the manager on duty told me that as a parent it’s my responsibility to make sure that what I give my children is edible, and when I raised my voice they told me they will call the police as I am aggressive, and then hung up. I am in shock

I don’t normally do reviews but I felt like it was needed today! The customer service was so amazing and I felt so welcomed, and not to mention the food was amazing!

Orderd a roster roll box just got a meal. Ill make sure to stop at the windows and check my bags contents for now on since you guys can't get it right

Always great at this place. Been going here for 20 years and have had 99.99% correct orders in the bag when i get takeaway

Don’t you just love it when you order delivery and it never comes, so you contact them to see what happened and you get an extremely rude manager who refuses to follow up our order or ask us any questions regarding it and basically tells you it’s not their problem.because I sure do!

Tastey yummy chicken, but the customer service is bit odd, no cutleries no tissues inside the box need to drive thru again to get that. Food is fantastic anyway.

The chicken was okay but I got ripped off there was supposed to be 8 pieces but they gave me only 4 pieces.the potatoe and gravy looked like from 2 days ago and it had a foul smell.very disappointing overall.

Dropped in to get take away here the staff were very helpful and friendly I will call in to this red rooster again if I am in the area

Can't give youse a zero unfortunately it only allows me to go as low as a 1, came through drive through today to order some food there was no line at drive through and it was dead in the restaurant so for me quick service and bite. Naaaaa I was wayyy of there was no service waited at the speaker to say my order waited a while I gave them some time maybe they got busy but it was a little too long for my liking drove forward to see what was going on, there was no workers at all to be seen or even sighted waited patiently then all of a sudden about 6-8 workers come out acting like they were working (slacking of isn't working) I called out to one of the girls she completely ignored me called out to another she came over, she didn't even say oooh sorry for the wait or nothing she wasn't helpful and she was quite out of it.
Whoever was managing hmmmm.
Need some changes.

I dined in with my family & sat through eating dinner feeling frozen, even the rooster we were eating had Goose bumps the cooler was on & we felt uncomfortable. Didn't wanna complain to the staff as they may have been feeling hot from preparing the meals.

The positive.food was delivered to our table.

Forgot sauce for cheesy nuggets and had to go back in there to ask for one. Rooster roll was very soggy and found a tiny bone in it.
Staff are pretty laid back, dull and dont say much. Just the order, payment and “thank you”
