40My family and i came to this store about 45 min ago spent over $100 on around 7 large meals chips were average but eatable but all our burgers and ripper rolls were inedible the rolls and buns were stale and the chicken in them was cold and dry. Really disappointing considering we spent so much money. Don't know why you would take over red roosted and make it worse than it was before. Get your food right or close your store
Been having red roster for years. But this red roster has gone down hill so now drive to karingal for red roster. They always muck up the order they never fill the chips up and most the time the chips are cold. Over a year ago it was great now they cut back on what they give you.
Been to this store on a coule of occasions over that years. The store has always been clean and tidy. The service was good, with the customer service in which we recieved on the last visit was excellent (friendly, and efficient). The order didnt take too long as it was not that busy when we went. Food was hot. Good location. Well worth stopping in.
The young lad with glasses who served me on the counter today was so sweet, welcoming and overall a beautiful soul, he didn't fail to make me feel welcomed into the red rooster atmosphere and had me leave happy and satisfied
Had the roast, was really yummy.

Ordered online for 3 people, not one part of the order was correct. Store was very busy and very few staff working. Sauces were missing, burgers were wrong, large onion rings was only 6 rings, not worth the $50 spent. Best advice is to check your order before leaving.
Red Rooster is my favourite Take=away but the Hastings outlet is hit or miss as to whether they're open at advertised times, or the peas are good or off (if you get peas with the roast). Staff are always friendly.
Very disappointed. We usually get lovely chicken however tonight the chicken was very small pieces, cold, very dry, very little chicken on the bones and inedible, threw most of it away!
5 times I have ordered delivery either with the restaurant or delivery partners 5 times after about 1 hour and a half, I then find out the order cannot be satisfied it is terrible, sometime it has taken so long, that by the time they cannot deliver, all other options are closed do not say you are a delivery restaurant, when you cannot satisfy your orders. Totally have burnt me, a red rooster fan terrible
Polite server, great food. Our go to takeaway treat fortnightly now. Sick of with local McDonald's stuff ups
Waited at the speaker for 5 mins to have order taken to then be told they aren’t open. It was 11: 40am, website says they open at 10am…?

Great chicken pieces, great crumb, large pieces of tender chicken. Cheesy nuggets are delicious, chips are awesome.
Well l went in store tonight. So disappointed.
Asking for the chicken on the current add with the lady hiding in the cupboard.

He asked and is told what it is. I asked him to show me on the board. Response, it's not up yet. But then he points to the board. I asked for 2.
All good. But while waiting, an older woman comes from drive threw service. On her mobile, rubs hands on pants, uses her jumper as gloves to pull put racking to check chicken, mobile back out, in back pocket, hands scratching at her hair.
I'm sorry but what the hell happened to washing your fricken hands. If they are working they don't need to be on bloody mobiles especially working around food. No masks either. I won't be back!
Staff are pleasant but fried chicken was nasty. Chips saved the day.
Sadly no more veggies as I liked the classic quarter roast.
Roast chicken is nicer by a mile than greasy fried chicken.
Rarely go and will be a long while again
Thought it would be Quicker to order in store as drive in busy. Big mistake ~cars got served quicker thsn inside customers and ordered 1 wing and one drumstick pack. Got ome and found out that I had been given two wing packs instead. Shouldn't be that difficult to get order correct.
Fried chicken was so good, they forgot my pineapple thing but I didn't even care because the rest of it was so good and the person who served me was friendly.

I went to red rooster drive through and had the worst experience! Over the past few months it’s clear management has changed. The manager was rude and completely screwed up my order! When I came back 5 mins later to complain I noticed the staff member was smoking right outside the front door! And then continues to go back inside! How is this in anyway hygienic. I assumed he was a manager surely staff members don’t get to leave for a smoke break whenever they please.
There is always a lack of staff at Red Rooster, but in this case the one worker done exceptionally well, as the food was correct and hot!

So I visited Sat 26th Sept after 11am & I get no response from staff so I drive thru & see a note that looked like a 5 yo child wrote as not only small but barely saw the 11: 30 time changed from 11am.
I pull over in side bay, watched a female staff member arrive & @ 11: 30am trying again to which I'm told would now be @ 12pm as they had to wait for maintenance.
Now both these staff saw me parked there for over 20 minutes & couldn't come to tell me of the drama & time change!
I also suggested having a notice on the board as well as on their w/site as I would have visited later yet was told w/site no but board yes.
Why is courtesy & common sense lacking in this day & age? !
I wonder if it has to do with lack of training? !
Sadly it's not the 1st time I've encountered bad staff behaviour here!
