Asked for a wing quarter got a leg, chips lukewarm and potato and gravy was cold this outlet should be avoided.

Frequently cold subs, the chicken inside is warm but even the bread feels fridge cold. Frequently forgets the sauces we ask/pay for

Food was good, my only complaint was that some of the meal specials banners in the drive through weren't visible until you had already ordered and got to the pick up window.

$2 per chicken but if you buy 2 or more, it's $2.50. Doesnt make any sense.

In other Red Rooster, it is still $2 no matter how many you buy.

I liked the flavours of the chicken, the chips were crispy and the gravy and mashed potatoes (mushroom taste) was very addictive. The pineapple fritter was also nice. I found the staff were patient and hospitable.

Love Red Rooster especially Airport West store it doesn't matter who serves you every staff member is so friendly, plus with a Smile as well which is so nice. Love going there. Food is great i've tried different meals and i have everyone. 10 out of 10 Red Rooster. As Arnie says I'll be Back.

This is one of my favourite takeaway places. The food is always good and prices are reasonable. Staff are always nice

13/08/2020 Just went through the drive through at Red Rooster in Airport West and one on the male's preparing the food was also taking orders with his mask around his neck. When I asked him to put his mask back on he argued with me saying he wasn't sick and didn't have to wear his mask?

Their wings are great, they could be bigger though. Their hot sauce is garbage unless you like the taste of generic tobasco. Slow service but it tastes good.

They keep changing their bloody menu. Things I like are no longer there. I have given up visiting this place for food.

Well, not fast food. If you use the drive through you will get served really promptly, but if you walk in there is nothing to prompt the staff to even recognize you are there. 5 mins standing at the counter, and a cute apology. But the chips are fresh

Of all the take away stores, Red Rooster would have to be my favourite. Huge fan of chicken cheesy nuggets and strip sub.

Waited awhile for our order which we seated inside. Liquid was under where they kept hot chickens, on the floor, not sure what it was

Had a great conversation with the staffer who initially asked if I was heading to the airport, and was just friendly and happy overall. The food was delicious with a nice hearty serving of gravy with chips, and was pretty much a great sendoff from the lovely city of Melbourne.

William havers cooked my food and it was amazing! Would recommend this to anyone who is hungry. Lovely customer service.

Great food value for money but could not hear the news on the T. V.for loud pop music coming from speakers in the ceiling.

If you want freshly cooked chips, don’t go to Airport West Red Rooster. The franchisee, Adam, has no regard for his customers.
I went through drive through and asked for 2 boxes of freshly cooked family chips, waited for 4 minutes to have them brought to me. Thinking all was fine, I drove 4 minutes to home to open up the chips and find soggy, absolutely not fresh chips. Called asking to speak to manager and Adam told me that he cooked the chips himself, and could not care less that I was unsatisfied.
I will never go here again.
If you want decent service and quality I suggest going to Strathmore Red Rooster.

Cannot believe the price they put on drinks here, 3 to 4 times the price of a supermarket and at least double most other restaurants. Airport west seems to suffer good management and staff try to make up for the pressure they're obviously under

Chicken is delicious and didn't like fries, popcorn is tasty too.well maintained served fast, impressed.very spacious and not crowded.

Red Rooster Airport West ALWAYS cooks the freshest chips. I love my chips hot and I have never had to ask for a fresh batch.
