The schnitzel burger is amazing with there spicy mayo, the food is great chips are crunchy outside and soft inside, have been here multiple times and have driven almost and hour just to get it

Service with a smile, but sadly the food was way below average. Even the chips tasted old and over cooked and the chicken way too dry with lack of any taste. Couldn't finish my meal and had to throw it out. I hope for the sake of their business they were just having a bad night, but sadly I won't be returning.
Chicken over cooked too dry and the chip's too salty, like they own shares in the chicken salt company. Will not be going back.
Yuck yuck yuck, I would be embarrassed to serve that food lol drive up the road to the other charcoal chicken it s 1000 times better lol I tryed this charcoal chicken once it was terrible and the chips and salad s are also just discusting but I was driving past the other day and thought I d give it a second shot Wow what a mistake that was the kids wouldn't even eat it and even asked me were I got it from, because the food was just a joke.
Chicken was SO dry. I have never eaten chicken that was SO dry. The lady just opened her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and walked off, with no refund or exchange or an apology. Poor customer service, would not recommend!
Bought a chicken from there at about 6pm tonight. It was the only one in the bain marie with another 10 cooking on the spit.
I reckon it had been sitting there for way too long. It was the toughest, driest chicken I have ever had. Absolutely appalling. It was my first time there and I will NEVER return to this shop.
The way I see it is these guys make thousands of chickens a month - so they are pretty much experts and know exactly when one has been sitting too long, or is overcooked. So, they let some unsuspecting schmuck come in and buy it, rather than bin it.
Great strategy. You made your $13. But you lost a customer who lives just down the road and was looking for a new place to buy a takeaway chicken every now and again.
Unfortunately I'm not allowed to give it zero stars. Only giving it a 1 because I have to (didn't eat the chicken btw it was that bad).
