Red Rocks Charcoal Chicken

A pretty reasonable charcoal chicken and kaaba shop. Even during lock down there was a steady flow of customers.

The staff were super kind and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends!

Absolutely awful. Chicken's flavor was burnt even on the inside, pasta wasn't cooked properly, or were the peas. Gravey was too think, the only good thing were the chips. Used to be so good when I first moved here: (

This is our go to for fried chicken and HSP chips, the chicken is the best hands down!
With great service as they go above and beyond for their customers.
The owner is awesome and we always have a good catch up and laugh when we visit. Totally recommend this place for chicken chips and their salads are nice too.

New owners are ripping people off.
Ive ordered the snack pack ($6) twice and both times They’ve had less than chips than I can count on both hands. If you think one piece of chicken ($2.70) and 9 chips is considered fair then you’ve got to revaluate your business strategy.

Bought a kebab that was cold and there was hardly no meat in there the bread was stale.won't even go near this place again let alone buy something.

Chicken always seems dry but the kebeb was pretty good although the bread used was of the thick square variety

Great customer service and their hsps are beautiful.if you haven’t tried them yet then you definitely have too.

It was an amazing place and the food was soo goood all the items in the menu were amazing.would go here any time and the staff is supeer caring and nice

Amazing food, the fried chicken is very soft and tender and the kebab has exploding flavours, i love it!

Was in search of a delicious kebab (just like the ones in middleeast) since i came to melbourne! And finally found the same taste at red rocks! ️ Extremely delicious kebab! Completely *WORTH IT*

This placed used to be good with the old staff.

After being sold chicken that was stale and old I won’t go back here.

I ordered a chicken wrap with the strips. They must of used the ones that were sitting in the warmer for hours. The chicken had a foul taste and was drowned in mayo to disguise it. I probably would’ve been sick if I ate it. I would not go out of my way to return it to the shop if it was ‘fresh’ as you say. Also the guy that I spoke to was rude in a way because he snatched it out of my hand when I asked for a refund. It’s not my fault that I was served this poor quality food.

You should not argue with this feedback, it is just my experience, you should not let this happen again. I’m just glad I didn’t get food poisoning.

Tried whole chicken, fried chicken pieces, greek and chicken mayo pasta salad.
All were good in taste.
Also liked the stuffing in whole chicken which is very different to other places we tried

One of the best Charcoal Chicken places I’ve been to, the owner is so lovely and the food is extra tasty!

Service without a smile and takes very long to complete orders. Waited over 25 mins for large chips.won't be back.

Really tasty chicken slow cooked over charcoal. 1/4 chicken dinner pack for just over $10 is very reasonable. To make things easier from a customer point of view it would be much easier if a ticket number was given once paid for.

Good food at reasonable price. Really liked the spicy fried chickens. Would definitely go next time if in Point Cook!

Seafood salad from Tuesday 22nd January now has me in hospital good job at food prep and keeping your stuff clean.

Been there after long.seems like under new management.staffs are friendly and the chicken tasted very good.i also recommend their chips my daughter liked it very much. 5 star
