We had their lobster noodles as takeaway today. Was delicious, generous portions, tasty sauce. Recommend trying.

Amazing seafood, great BBQ meats as well! Staff are amazing, especially the older gentleman who sang to us throughout the night!

This is the best Chinese restaurant I have eaten near Wheelershill. All the roast meats are cooked on the same day, which is great! The service is also top-notch!

After reading the good reviews, my family and i decided to try this restaurant for the first time. Peking duck was fantastic, Cantonese steak was superb, crispy pork belly was "Crispy" and the pot of tea was a different yet very nice flavour compared to other Chinese restaurants. Overall, the food was hot when served, the food was tasty and the hosts were very friendly and inviting.

Yes very good! The highlight was the lemon chicken. KFC tier but with beautiful lemon sauce seperated! Which is preferred so you add as much as you like to it. Generous portion size. The duck with vegetables was good overall though nothing special. Spring Rolls dimes went down a treat!

Such a great night and meal. Thanks to Mike and everyone in the kitchen for making us feel welcome and well fed!

I tried the Fried rice and Shanghai fried noodle with pork. Not too bad, but im surprised many customer goto the back for "dessert. " That part surprised me. But with a name like that I should've guessed.

Decided to order from this establishment through Deliveroo. Was very disappointed. Ordered crispy skin pork belly on rice. To be charged $19.80 for a dish you can get anywhere from other Asian restaurants for a lot less I expected a lot more. The two pieces of green veggies that were included were very over cooked. However the main issue I had was with the pork. I had a total of approx 6 pieces of meat, and most of the meat was inedible because they were just plain fat while other pieces were just bones. I don’t know how whoever cook/pack the food thought it was okay to give customer this kind of dish.

Red house is a very warming and welcoming restaurant indeed! Great for birthdays and celebrations because the customer service and food are genuinely authentic. Thanks for a magnificent dinner.

If you want people to come then I'd recommend you guys be honest with your opening hours. I have tried coming on 2 occasions, one of which I came 40 minutes before closing time, the other 70 minutes before closing, on both occasions I found that the kitchen was closed. I wont be trying to come a 3rd time. You guys advertise that you do 'fast take away' so id expect that you would be taking orders close to your closing time.if your not willing to do this id strongly recommend taking down the sign on your store and removing your uber eats listing.

As we are exploring our new area in Rowville, had been seeing this red restaurant on a daily basis, so we gave it a try. A Classic restaurant, run by an experienced skeleton crew. Respect. Alas we didn’t have the chance to try the specialty Roast Duck, but the rest like their succulent Roast Pork, prawn, vegetable dishes were satisfying. We left the place glad to have found it.

Great customer service. Food yummy n plenty of it n was even offered a "doggy bag" to take what we couldn't eat home. Chinese menu for Luna new year looks fantastic n not too pricey. They r also putting on a show so sounds wonderful to attend. Any one want to join us to make up a table.

We usually get good service here, especially when served by one particular waiter, who remembers us. The cuisine is typically Cantonese styled. In addition to their regular menu, they offer an extensive lunch menu including some dim sum (yum cha). They also have some live seafood and roast meats like roast duck, roast pork and char siew. Pricing is about average and servings are a reasonable size. There is a large window behind the counter through which one can view some of the kitchen activities.

When i went there with my family one of the guys who works there michael would not stop playing his guitar and singing to our table.it was very annoying.

We dined here after a very long absence. The hot and sour soup was delicious as was the seafood san choi bao. Our beef in honey and black pepper was extremely good. The meat was tender and tasty. Our other course was salt and pepper calamari which was nice. The batter was crispy and calamari tender. A pleadant experience all up.

Ordered food on mother’s day and I was told it be ready by 6: 30, when I was there They told me to wait for another half hour. And it was more than a hour later I finally got my food without any explanation or anything! PLUS, The food was tasteless, average people can cook better than this! The worst experience I ever had and not going back ever!

The food was really bad taste. I physically feel discomfort after the meal.the service was ok.not recommended!

I ordered through Uber eats, spent over $100. Completely tasteless, no seasonings or depth of flavour. Absolutely disgraceful. This is my first experience with them and I will never be wasting my money again. If only I could get a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

- Cantonese duck: beyond tasteless and bland. It doesn't even taste like duck! (should be rich and flavourful)

- "Special fried rice": repulsive, tastes like plain overcooked white rice

- Singapore noodles: completely void of flavour of any kind (might as well eat cardboard)

- BBQ pork: can get better meat out of a can

- Chinese fried dim sum: average frozen products

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I have screen shots of times, after 2 hosours past the time it should of been at my house it NEVER CAME.i went to the shop and it was sitting there. 9 drivers were Angry cause no good was ready After 50 minutes of waiting. TIME WASTED

Great place to grab dinner, highly recommend the plum chicken, egg plant with salty egg, crab with ginger garlic and noodles, chicken and fish fried rice also any of the hot pot and sizzling dishes a fantastic as well to be honest most if not all the food here is good, I generally come in once a week.also the older waiter that works there loves a good excuse to break out his guitar and play a song so give him the opportunity, hes a really lovely fellow very attentive and polite which more places had a clone of this guy
