Came here with family, and totally ruined the holiday spirit. They switched the live crab to a dead one, and refused to give explanation or apology. Over charged us for the snow crab without telling us the actual weight. So we paid nearly $300 for 1 dish, which tastes awful. Most other dishes taste like MSG. Plates and bowls are oily and dirty too! Will never go back.
The family dinner during the big holiday really ruined the good mood. It should be called Black Room Chef instead. Two plates and one bowl were not cleaned. Don’t tell the Snowflake Crab how much the live fish weighs. After asking for a long time, he said 3.8 pounds. This doesn’t sound right. Look at the picture and compare it with an iPhone. It’s not a Plus. There is less crab meat in summer, so a crab shell of this size would be good if it is just over 1 kilogram. Where did it get close to 2 kilograms? What's even more outrageous is that the crab tastes completely devoid of freshness and sweetness. The meat and shell are also stuck together, giving it the taste of a dead crab. None of the noodles tasted like crab.

After asking around among friends, I found that the reviews over the past two years have been overwhelmingly bad!

Very value for money food. Large portion but much cheaper than many places. The beef bee hoon was excellent. Fried rice was tasty. But char kway teoh was disappointing. Better to leave that to the Malaysians to fry.

Arrived by 8pm, and got told that bot takeing orders after 8pm, then why u have ur business hours till 9pm? Anyway, considering somewhere else for dining.

One of the best local Chinese restaurants that serves good quality Cantonese cuisine. Service is quick and friendly. This is our go to for a quick meal as well as big family gatherings. Truly recommend the place for anyone wanting traditional delicious tasting Cantonese food.

Very crowded on the weekend.the uncle very friendly and funny. Price and taste meet each other and happy to said will always come back here.

The restaurant has closed down. Tried calling 20 times today no one picked up. Went there in person and saw that it is closed down.

Very busy during lunch time. Few parking spots available. Staff are welcoming and will help you to find a table. Plenty of options available especially spicy ones. They trying to give traditional Chinese restaurant feeling. You may have hot tea by the side of the table. Foods are tasty. Nice experience.

Uncle who runs the restaurant is so kind and has some awesome jokes; he made it a very enjoyable experience to eat here. Dishes were amazing and our plates were consistently refreshed.

I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful HongKong styled restaurant near my home. Been there many times, never got disappointed.

Excellent food, room for improvement on service and very noisy atmosphere. With the excellent taste of food, I think the price is worth the value.

If you are looking for Genuine Chinese food I highly recommend this place some of the best Duck and Cantonese steak. Very welcoming staff large meals, have been going here for many years and will not go anywhere else in the area

Everytime I call them, their kitchen closes earlier. They close at 9.30pm, last time I called at 8.45 and the kitchen was closed, tonight I called at 8.08 and the kitchen is closed. Makes no sense.

We came as a party of four. We were greeted lovely smiles. We bought our own wine only because I was gifted a few. They were completely accodating with this. The service was a1. The food was amazing. Customer service was fantastic and attentive even though they were getting very busy. Got to take home our leftovers which for us was great. I have worked in hospitality for 24 years. Outstanding everyone thank you.

One of my go to lunch joints when I want Chinese bbq. Or even just other Asian rice or noodles dishes.

Excellent yum cha made to order. Roast duck and pork belly very very good. Recently had those on a noodle soup which was delicious.

Lunch is definitely value for money.can't go wrong with $13.80 egg noodles and crispy roast pork
