Reboot It

I have purchased quite a few computers for our workshop and some retail stores. It has been great so far.

Great place to get used and good quality PC, notebooks, monitors, mobile phones, printers and other IT equipment.

I live about 50 minutes away from this place. Ebay's estimated shipping date was 1 week later from the day of purchase. I didnt recieve it on that day. They sent the product (A PC) on that day. The customer service was really good and when i recieved it 5 days later, the PC was perfect. The only problem was the inconvenience in regards to the shipping

Not impressed. Touch monitor was supposed to arrive Monday, still nothing on Friday.
Went to pickup from their office, only to find out that it had no stand AND THE TOUCH FUNCTION WAS DEAD!
Guys, honestly, do you think TESTING THE GEAR BEFORE ADVERTISING IT ON EBAY would be a good idea?
Unless they realized they could sell it at a higher price and I'm being lied to.

Great guys to deal with. Especially Callum and Frank helped me to fix the problem with my laptop and I am very happy with my laptop now. I recommend to everyone.

Bought a few computers from them in the last couple of years, never had a problem with them, computers are rock solid and seem higer quality than high street standards. The staff can be a bit sharp and rude but it's worth it for the low prices and top quality.

Outstanding! Been purchasing equipment for 3 years now and none of the devices I've got have had any problems. Getting some monitors and a desktop PC soon from them again, pleasure to do business with.

I had a great experience with Reboot-IT. The used HP Elitebook I purchased represented excellent value and it has had no problems since I got it.

Ordered a refurbished imac on 24th October 2018 and it's not working and Reboot IT aren't getting back to me.

When the imac arrived it was locked and the screen said the imac was still the property of Prince Alfred College. I tried to do a reinstall of the OS and the same issue occured.

I contacted Reboot to see if they have any solutions and I haven't heard back.

I arranged to come in to check out some monitors, but the first one they showed me was faulty and they said they were too busy to get others to show me and I'd have to come back another day.

I order some items 7 days ago, I hadn't heard anything about it getting sent so I rang and was told they will be shipped tomorrow. 8 days to send a item. Its very annoying because I chose this company because of the fast shipping they brag about on the top of there page, but that's not true.

Horrible, horrible experience. I bought an hp elitebook because a friend recommended its specs. After I received the computer started acting up like taking too long to restart, typing letters were capitalized even though caps lock was off, the screen would get messed up and not be able to see through it. I would not recommend to anyone that they take a gamble with this site. I don't care how impressive it may seem.

Great location with easy parking.

Receptionist was friendly when I walked and called a staff member to come and help straight away.

Their range of IT hardware is great and all very well priced.

While I picked my item up in store, you can buy online and have it shipped without a problem.

Definitely worth checking out.

Useless! Advertised a monitor on ebay and after waiting over a week for it, tell me they don't have them.

Location is pretty good if you are drive. Small walk if using public transport. The facility is clean, has small front staff, very friendly one. Was served pretty quickly. All questions patiently heard and answered to satisfaction. They have range of used computers and laptops at very reasonable price. I can highly recommend this place if you are looking for budget computers and laptop purchases.

I would strongly recommend not buying from these people. They take your money. Do not deliver goods. And then ignore all communications. I will now be taking the matter further. Disgraceful behaviour in this day and age
