Purchased a Dell Precision 5570 from these guys and it was in absolutely MINT condition at a very competitive price. Refurbished is the way to go.

Once I was able to get in contact with them (the Contact Us options on their site were never replied too), the entire process was fairly straightforward. All my questions were answered, I wasn't made to feel daft with my lack of knowledge & ended up with a great product at a great price. My only issue - communication could be better - website contacts were never replied too & I had to chase up when my order was ready (was advised 2 business days but heard nothing after 5 business days) for pick up.

I ordered a dell xps and its keyboard is not working and I have been trying to contact them from 4 weeks. Nobody replies on my emails or anything. This is so bad. This is such a bad service and behaviour. I have a mac and I needed windows for some work. Because of this I have suffered so much and I still have no output

Update: they have paid me back but I have lost alot of work and time which I believe, can not be paid back. The better move would be if they do necessary checks because the keyboard is the most basic thing.

I bought a stylus from this shop via Mydeal. I requested a refund and the email communication has been confusing or otherwise completely absent. I sent the stylus back over a week ago and still don't have my refund. I feel like they have stolen the stylus back and stolen my money.

Purchased a monitor. It never came. After chasing up my order Reboot IT said they don't have that monitor available and tried to swap it for an inferior monitor. I asked to have my money refunded. After this, they simply ignored me even after putting in a formal complaint via their website and emailing them several times about getting my refund. They essentially stole my money.

Cannot fault their products, but when you walk in their front door, they have a receptionist desk, but no receptionist and just an iPad and expect everybody to know what it means a bell or something would be better.

I ordered a refurbished lap top. But it has a lot of scratch marks. Battery was very weak and I can not understand how they labelled this as A grade. It was really a waste of money and the time. After the delivery they did not respond for my emails. Do not recommend.

Have purchased several items over the last few years with reboot it and have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of Mac and Windows items purchased. The prices are extremely comepetitive to marketplace/ebay and the service and warranties make it a no brainer over other second hand dealers.

Highly recommend.

If I was told the PC was brand new, I'd have believed it. It was very clean with no dust whatsoever, reasonably priced and very well packaged for delivery. These guys obviously take care with their products and I could not recommend them more highly!

Pray that you do not have a problem with your purchase and need to contact support, ive been waiting almost 3 weeks to be able to use my computer while they drag their heels over supplying a license key that it was supposed to come with.

Followup: Thanks for whatever you did, shortly after posting this my support ticket sprang into life with "I have now received instructions from my director", and after configuring RDP the license was installed. I've made several purchases from you guys and hope to carry on doing so in the future, I understand the problems with second hand PCs. However 8th>22nd Dec is something that needs improvement.

Third time using this service, first two times buying refurbished laptops were great, no issues and the used the products worked very well.

The third time, within a week the screen stopped working. My attempts at getting this fixed through email and in store were fruitless and I was let down by the lack of communication and support.

If the product works, it’s a great service. Any repairs, replacements, or refunds? Cut your losses.

I wanted a Dock as I had bought a Gaming PC to act as my NEW desktop as I thought of it as having a mobile workstations with the new 12th Gen 16 Thread processors.the only issue was that it did not have enough display ports. This Dock, is kinda sizable but amazing for desktops, and worked amazingly.got a great 75 hz from the machine on the IGPU. Customer service was just amazing and they didn't even charge for shipping it in Melbourne. They have become my Go To store for small PC peripherals and I am now eyeing a server as well.

Have been dealing with Reboot-IT since 3 Jan 2017 and am still using as my main computer the HP-i5 Desktop that I purchased that day. Have purchased numerous laptops, desktops and misc equipment and parts from them since 2017 and all purchases have met or exceeded expectations.
