Look for sales as it does save you some cash. Some of their items can be purchased online and pick it up at their store.

Have everything needed for gym and jogging. The place is very welcoming and the staff know their products. I like the 2 for 1 deals on clothing. Definitely recommend rebel Southland

Rebel is generally a great place to shop and I use t for all my sporting goods however I would avoid the Southland chapter as staff are scarce and don’t seem like they want to help the customer I waited for nearly 15 minutes to be assisted with an item only to be told it wasn’t in stock and offered no further assistance in helping me find one in another store.

Customer Service was Awesome! I spoke with 2 floor staff and a manager and each was amazing when I had issues with my watch.
Will definitely buy from here in the future with service like that, thanks guys, appreciate it.

My sister went looking for a staff member, to which she was told, you need someone looking after 'this' section.

3 staff at cash registers.standing and chatting. I loudly commented if someone could assist? One of them looked over, and came.

For a store which prides itself on quality, i purchased running shoes $220.00 - you would think their customer care would be better.

Went back a few days later, and again same issue. Very poor attention to its customers.

Really good, my partner bought shoes at half price, they're always helpful at Southland Rebel store.

The only shop at Southland we could find that stocked women's tennis shoes - other shops seemed to think that women playing tennis is a bit too niche. Were able to buy Nike tennis shoes in womens size 11 (which is not that easy) for $99. Great fast service. Will be our go to store next time.

Sports equipment store located on the third level of the Southland shopping center.
Large, well spaced, well staffed store that have a large inventory of sports / fitness goods including shoes, clothing, bats, balls, weight lifting equipment.

Once you finally corner a staff member they are rude and unhelpful.and no they weren't busy 3 staff to 1 customer

Best customer service ive had for a long time. I ordered the wrong size shoes online and three separate stores bent over backwards to get me the correct size shoes from the country in a timely fashion. And they rang when they said they were going to ring. Thanks team

I do not recommend level because the pricing is way over budget compared to other stores and you can buy the sack of the same items for way less price for example shoes you can buy a pair of shoes at Kmart for about $27 or $3.50 compared to $200.95 and you can buy all different things from other stores that are a lot cheaper then Rebel

Bad service. I then went to another shop to shop. The sales girl had no idea how to help customers...

Was looking at Garmin sports watches for a while and no one came and asked if I needed help so I left.
