rebel Southland

Rebel's selection of gear is outrageous. If they don't have it you don't need it. But I always struggle to find help here. And I always find there sales items are poorly marked. What I find online for sale and what's marked in the store is usually different. But I still go cause there prices are some of the best.

I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff were at this store, really impressed by how I was treated when shopping here. In addition to that, the store is huge and has a huge range of items. Highly recommended.

Did a click and collect here. Got a call from a delightful staff member to not only let me know my order was ready but a challenge she was having with an item I bought. Rocked up, and got served by a young chap, Jackson who was super professional in handling the stock problem that was brought to me attention during the call. He went above and beyond, and helped me out. Found the stock, adjusted the price, had me on my way.

Don't appreciate being given shifty looks because I'm holding a jacket I bought at the store 6 months ago whilst checking out. Pretty sure the employee asked her partner to go alert security.

This is absolutely repugnant behaviour.

Probably didn't help that I'm not an aussie looking guy. Won't be shopping here ever again.

Train your staff properly.

Good for sports wear and equipment. Helpful staff. But I take 2 points off for their ridiculous charge of $1 for a bag, even if you spend a couple of hundred dollars or more. What an insult to a customer!

Decent stock with high prices. Not many sales leading up to Christmas and you'll be hard out finding someone to help you.

Such great service looking runners. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Stuart was especially great. They also price matched and had way more stock than any other rebel.

My wife was looking to compare smart watches. After visits to several stores that refused to show her any watches not already on display we finally got here where our sales assistant was able to take a model out of the box and let my wife try it on. Great service.

Big shout out to James in the shoe department of Rebel Southland today for his professionalism and patience. He made sure everyone was looked after and it was no to ask for a couple of different options and sizes. Great to see this sort of customer service

I got my sport shoes and Form Roller,
etc there. The goods are reasonable price.
The staff are friendly.

Worst return experience.i bought an order via online and wanted to return at Southland store.
I went two days in last week and week before to return the items to Southland Shopping centre.
I accidentally mentioned that i paid from my paypal account. I gave my email address. Then i relised i payed via gift card and a credit card.
The manager named Steph said i need to open a paypal account and get refunds to that email address. I refused to do so. She sent me home saying she will not refund until they get refund back from Finance dpt,
I went again to the store on last week Thursday before easter Friday.
I was told she did not hear from finance yet and sent me ack home.
She said she will call me on last Tuesday to update. But no response yet.
Money is stuck on my credit card where i cannot use as she is not processing the refund.
I am very reluctant to go to the store every week basis with the virus situation.
Worst customer service experience.do not deal with this store.

I always get motivated when I see the people and the stock. Always a good range to chose from and helpful & friendly staff.

Large store with all things sport-related. Staff were pretty unhelpful, but I found what I wanted.

Been standing at shoes section. It's not even that busy and getting no assistance no one even taking notice saying will be with you. Is this normal? Seriously need to do better with services guys.

Very busy today at rebel being the last day of school holidays in Melbourne but the staff got me sorted very quickly and were very helpful finding the runners i was after

Always get agood price on joggers Young staff very patient and helpful
Walk the extra mile with service as I am 60+. For comfort my feet have certain needs which the staff umderstand and meet

Often shop here. Staff are great, selection of goods and prices are about as good as anywhere else. Easy to find within the centre. Parking at the centre can often be painful but that's no drawback of going to Rebel itself.

Gotten a scooter helmet and a yoga mat from here. Excellent quality for a reasonable price I suppose. Good customer service from the staff as well.

Ok without being exceptional. Took far too long to be served. Staff too occupied with themselves but once I found someone, they did well. Do tend to get better service at Mentone Rebel.
