I love Rebel, the prices there are very good and the items are of a high quality. They have a lot variety in sporting/equipment/clothes/apparel.

Trying employing people who are actually interested in their job and not pretending to be personal trainers. Train your staff to provide customer service.

Good Product range, though lacked professionalism from staff who seemed disinterested and more than happy to chat amongst about thier private lives. Not a warm feeling when buying several hundreds of dollars in store

I was most impressed by the support and help given by the staff here. I wear a custom made insole and forgot it in one of their shoes. Only realised the next morning. Was frantic as it would cost me over 800 to replace. Rang them up and they put me on hold, while they checked a number of shoes I had tried. They found it and kept it safe for me to pick up. Most impressed by the staff attitude. Very rare to find such service.

Do you people realise that your job is to help people select the appropriate footwear for their needs? A bunch of people joking around and acting like we are not right under your nose will not get return customers. There are plenty of other sports stores around that have professional and well behaved 'adults' willing to help. Will never return.
