Called the store up on cyber Monday, they had a special on for a Basketball system. Spoke to Matt a staff member that said they are happy to honour the price and hold the item for 48hours. I even offer to pay for it at the time, I was advised that if I pay I need to pick it up at the time. Due to the size I need to organize a Ute to go get it. So organise it and go to pick up the item and to be told sorry, we can’t honour the price. We only told you it was for that day! What a joke, and the shift manager was an absolute cow! Who even went down the path of if you really wanted it, you should have come 1 week before! Now that’s perfect customer service from the team at Rebel! Will never go to that shop again! Guess what another rebel sport store was happy to get the business and even gave me the product for the price it was on special. Everyone go down to Wantirna, better customer service!

Bad experience, went today to return a ball within warranty, apart from anything else the staff who came was very rude, I think two lines of politely saying sorry we can’t return would have done the job, Felt so low and bad with 7 other people in Que watching us, she was loud and no respect and privacy

I was approached soon as I was seen to be looking for something which was nice, very helpful, clean store with a good range of items.

Told some items on sale. Went to the store and the price tags were full price. Waited over 10 minutes looking for some one to help but no staff were visible. Left store and will shop elsewhere.

I purchased a portable basketball Spalding hoop system. When I opened the box to assemble the two panel boards were damaged. I called the store and store manager instructed me to send an email with pictures. I don’t receive any response for around 2 weeks and subsequently got a phone call that the company will send though replacement part.
I called again to check on the status and was given to understand that someone who looks after it is not in and will call me tomorrow.

It has been around 7 weeks since I purchased the product and customer service can improve. There is no call logging mechanism or case updates. Every time need to repeat the entire history. Tired and waiting patiently for resolution.

Just this morning I waited 10 mins for the shoe assistant to finish with a customer, no biggie. She started helping me and promptly got distracted helping another customer who just walked right up. Such poor service so I went nextdoor to sportsco and got much more attentive service and they got my sale.

The lady working in shoe department wasn't very helpful and I ended up going to another store.

Absolutely amazing service from Jay (The god of shoes) tonight! She gave great and helpful advice, and helped me pick the right shoe. I spent far too long trying to choose a pair football boots and her help was a godsend! I definitely recommend going to this store and talking to jay if you need new shoes.:)

Quick service with a smile. + I found my new Dad shoes.

I figured I needed to own at least one pair of white leather NB before my kids get to old.

Have purchased several trainers over last few years. Today went in and ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes. Asked whether there is a discount and was not even considered, athletes foot give 40 dollar of next purchase per pair of shoes.

Had some problems with a pair of shoe and they swap them over for a new pair without question. I didn't had similar issues 2 months later and they refunded my purchase. Easy and friendly experience

This 0 star review is solely due to Shona. I witnessed this staff member speaking to other staff members in a condescending and inappropriate manner. I asked for an item which she had to phone another store for and was extremely rude to the person at the other store only to discover that she actually had the item in stock in the store. She wasted my time, another person's time due to her incompetence and laziness. If she didn't spend her time being so rude, she could actually be helpful because that should be the basis of customer service.

I was served by Ken today to buy some supportive shoes for my very sore feet. He was amazingly helpful and suggested some runners that feel wonderful. He was really patient and knowledgeable about what shoes would be best for my foot issues

How much time can you spend in Rebel is the main question to ask when you're off to Eastland.products are a bit pricey but this is where you'll find all things sports.

I encountered such a great team at Rebel Eastland today. Everyone was so attentive and friendly and helpful, even though the store was busy. I can't praise the team at the footwear section enough! Highly recommended if you are looking for amazing customer service with great products at good prices! Well done everyone and keep up the great work!

I went to get some new soccer boots and the guy that fitted them for me was an absolute legend. Super friendly and had a good chat without time wasted. Can't remember his name but excellent service. Boots were perfect fit as well

Lots of range and the nicest staff. Super happy to help me find what I was looking for with absolutely no judgement. Lovely upbeat atmosphere. Overall incredible.

I wish there was an option to give ZERO star. Rude and unprofessional staff, they have no interest to serve and help customers. Store manager/ leader should be ashamed of their team.
