32Mainly a clothing shop with some common sporting equipment but nothing special. Not the place to go if you're looking for anything hard to find.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Held items requested over the phones. Better stock range than other stores.
Small, crowded and like a low-rent discount outlet. The staff are attentive and perfectly fine, but the store looks tired and the stock just looks like it has been thrown up on hangers all over the place with little organisation. Bit like a bomb site to be honest. Additionally, since it's quite a small store, they don't carry a huge range.
Very basic store. Very limited stoke. Staff advised me to go to other rebel stores for the items I was looking
I can honestly say this store is one of the top 5 sports stores in the the Vic Park shopping centre. The staff were super friendly and filled to the brim with expert knowledge. There's even a couple of cute male employees! Great store, great service. 5 all round
So many staff, barely any customers and not 1 came up to assist. So I asked a guy to assist, pointed me to where some compression suits are, then walked off.
Store should be closed. Staff aren’t focused on customers
Was standing and waiting for service for 10 minutes. Plus the prices force you to go online as such a premium when no service anyway
The staff is so friendly at this store, they really go above and beyond what you would expect from customer service. Highly recommended.
That shops need good products. I buy a lot of stuff from Mel central.even tho richmond is closer to me.but richmond rebel just wasting that s place.the shop itself needs a facelift
This location has a very limited range of apparel and footwear compared to other Rebel stores. Staff on the floor are not easy to find either.
Fantastic customer service. Was fitted for new runners and given lots of expert advice and knowledge on the range available.
Nice place and staff is friendly and helpful. I bought a basketball and am giving 4 as the lady on the cashier was about to charge me the non discounted price for the ball and when I informed her that this ball has this discount she corrected that! I don't know if this is harsh from me but the staff should be aligned on the offering and its not my position to ask them to charge what is written after discount.
