Best organised and cleanest rebel I have ever been to. Missed out on a star because their clearances are still out of my price range.

But that’s not their fault. They aren’t to blame for my bank balance

Had to grab some clothing gifts for my family and a girl named Bridget was awesome at helping me with sizes. Made my Christmas.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! Got shoes for the little ones and didn't feel rushed to choose something and get out when being helped with sizing and styles.

Went in looking for snorkel gear and found some in different styles and colours, Junior and senior sizes, when taken up to the till was told they were $79.99 as they were senior ones, but all labels (which were very few aswell, because there were lots of blank spaces) in that area were all priced at either $29.99 or $39.99. The snorkel gear I grabbed had the price $39.99 above it. I told the lady the above and said she would grab the manager. I then proceeded to tell the above to said manager who then said it was error and it was the price of $79.99. He proceeded to be condescending when I told him it was the law to give marked price of the item he he told me it wasn’t. When asked why he wouldn’t do it he said “because I said so”
I took photos of the sticker prices above the the snorkel gear and upon review noticed that the sticker does say SNR on it at $39.99 as the junior said JNR I can only assume the SNR means senior.

Manager did not handle the situation not very at all and I have left feeling quite frustrated as this was their mistake not mine.

While from outside it may look a bit dated, the staff here are great at service - especially guys at the register and we found things what we needed and more (some of which we have to come back as noticed things while in store!). See you again soon!

Was served by a great young man in shoes. He had great product knowledge and found me exactly what I needed! Unfortunately only giving 3 stars as the young man and the young women at the registers seemed more interested in their conversation at the computer than serving me and I was left waiting there for 2 minutes before they noticed however they chose to finish their conversation before they eventually served me. Disappointing as it ruined what should’ve been a great experience

Not really the staffs fault. The Rebel stock system must be extremely fault. Originally went to buy items at Eastland, was told the Items were in stock at Richmond. Got to Richmond to find no stock. Was told I could buy them online with the possibility of 2 weeks shipping.
Went home bought Items off of Amazon prime with a guaranteed next day delivery.

I like this rebel, good range of guys clothes. Big store, lots of stock and staff are helpful. The Adidas range they stock is often stuff I haven't seen elsewhere. Their Under Armour range is pretty cool too.

Hidden away and what looks like the car park of the complex. The store looks a little outdated compared to other Rebel Sports, but the staff were very nice.

Whilst I don’t think it’s a service they formally offer a very friendly and helpful staff member named Tony offered to regrip my tennis racket at no charge and he did an awesome job

These guys are not bad for a Rebel store, out of all the ones I visited (Prahran once being my main) this store has some interesting stuff for quite a small store. Some off their NFL is unique as long as you don't expect it to be of the mainstream variety but they're a nice store for what they and they might be the best version of Rebel for now.

Bought a pair of runners for my little girl today and matt was so patient and helpful. Getting such great service at a big store is so rare these days

Placed a click and collect order for Y Kettle Bells. Received shop damaged, soiled stock when I collected them. I complained but was told they clean up easily. Rubbish. Took them home, scrubbed them, still stained and dirty. Products are going back. Staff don't know the meaning of customer service and lie to you. Do not shop at this store!

Old amart sports which is outside Victoria gardens

I just bought a basketball hoop on a stand and a nut was missing. I rang the store and they quickly replaced the nut the same day. Thank you to Tony and his great staff. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends. Thank you for the great service

Hi I am a member of Rebel Sport, and since the LOCKDOWN I decided to go in store and purchase a Christmas Gift for my son. The so called Manager was very disrespectful, which had upset me very much. I couldn't believe what he was doing to me, which has never happened before. SHOCKED SHOPPER.

Massive Rebel store and the only one not in central CBD Melbourne. Huge selection of sporting products and supplies. A bit of a pain if you’re parking. You have to park in the main Victoria Gardens car park and then make your way to the store via the mall itself. But better than trying to park in the city I guess.

Its a small store but good knowledgeable friendly staff & easy access to Victoria Gardens shopping complex

Items out of stock and clothing order seems a bit erratic with brands all mixed up especially in the men's section. Looking for Nike trousers was like finding a needle in a haystack. Had to search all rails and sections. Made it much more difficult than required.
