Great staff! Limited stock on shoes though. Happily took back a broken pair of shoes after 6 weeks. Thanks for the great service!

If Katie isn’t the most lovely and helpful Rebel sport worker I’ve ever seen, well I don’t know who is. I’ve been going to this Rebel for years and every time I see her she is amazing. Some of the guys from work also know her and think she is just the best! Go Katie

A very big rebel store thus it makes shopping experience good. However parking is way too difficult. I personally feel it would have attracted more crowd if parking was available.

Looking at service some of the staff were very poor, not helpful. Sometimes I feel the staff were running away from customers. After waiting for a long time to get some help, we decided to go ahead and get what we want. But then a staff would come and help for couple of mins and put a sticker. What's the point of putting the sticker saying you have helped, whereas in reality you haven't.

Customer service is poor and needs to improve, I still prefer my local Vic gardens rebel store, they're the best.

Great store, staff were very friendly and helpful, they approached us to see if we needed any assistance very quick once we were in the store browsing; definitely coming back.

This store has engaged in discrimination. Their signs in store say that you cannot enter without wearing a mask but do not provide any exclusion clause around those with a medical exemption.

Under the disability discrimination act of 1992 businesses are to ensure, as far as practicable, that persons with disabilities have the same rights to equality before the law as the rest of the community.

I walked into the store and was told I could not enter without a mask after advising I have a medical exemption. Please update your signage and understand you are breaking the law by refusing entry for a disability. Appaling behaviour.

I came into store on Sunday morning with the hope of finding some new runners, but unsure of what I needed. The lovely sales assistant, Maddison, was extremely helpful and narrowed it down to a few options for me until I selected the one I liked best. She was helping both myself and another lady at the time, and did an excellent job at giving us both her time and patience:)

Went to Rebel Prahran Jan 5 looking for advice on buying some shoes. Fortunately l came across Damon. Damon was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. Listened to my needs and advised accordingly. Very honest and l wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.he was excellent. Incidentally, after my purchase of ($229.) l went into JB Hi Fi a few doors up. What a difference.no customer service and when l finally got some ‘help’ l had to wait and wait to pay.shocking experience.no comparison.to Rebel Sports and Damon.you are the best!

Appauling customer service and overall shopping experience. Despite best efforts to avoid any in store interaction we shopped for my son's birthday presents online and opted for click and collect. That was still a painful experience. Currently writing to head office to report accordingly.

Decent service in store but dont ever buy online especially gym equipment. One month delay and parcel getting lost not only once but twice. Sender blaming courrier and vice versa. Shame cos i do like shopping at rebel otherwise but one bad experience really can ruin it.

Very bad customer service. Waited almost 25 mins for assistance, not even an acknowledgement from the staff. Too bad they missed out on a sale.

I went to rebel Chadstone, Only customer in the store, 4 staff I could see, all busy doing their own thing to serve me. When I finally got service from a reluctant store attendant, they didn't have my shoe size in the shoe I wanted. Next day went to Prahran store, I think I am invisible, So looked myself for the shoe, a disorganised store, reluctant staff, so I left.no wonder everyone is turning to the internet.

They aren’t able to manage their online stock properly. More than twice I’ve ordered on the website to click and collect but then receive a call saying it’s out of stock.

Great service from Nathan! I just got out of hospital and I was close to rock bottom! Some shoes and retail therapy quickly turned my frown upside down.

Excellent service great staff.
I wasted to get indoor cricket gloves and couldn't find anywhere close to where I work or live, so went in to Rebel. Unfortunately they didn't have it but the Richmond store did. So they helped me to deliver it to my address. There are good cricket bats for 40% on sale.

This rebel is always full of customers but I've always found the staff to be extremely helpful and attentive. Today I was looking at some watches and the young man came to help. He didn't know the answer to a question so he said he would go and find out. I was so impressed I bought the watch. Even the shoe staff offered to find anorher shop that had what I wanted. Staff are extremely helpful, the store is well stocked with latest sporting goods and well located in the heart of Prahran

Came in to return an item under warranty and was quite unpleased by the poor attitude I received. She was rude, stubborn and was reluctant to help and told me to try the brand website. Surprised you let her represent your business at front of house. Jacqueline has some serious claws and she's a shocker. Cold as ice; She doesn't understand customer service in the slightest.

Outstanding service from Kate C. Friendly greeting, guided to the correct aisle where the pros and cons of the various product choices were effiently explained. Top shopping experience!
