Amazing service from Sanjoy today, he approached me seeing I was having trouble finding something, led me in the right direction and explained the difference and benefits between the variety of skipping ropes, then had some awesome relatable suggestions on gym wear for my partner and ended up adding a Nike gym outfit onto the sale, impressive customer service and rapport building from this great individual and thank you to the really cool staff behind the counter for being so attentive and helpful during such a busy period

I didn't like my experience here at first because the sales rep was getting annoyed after I wanted to try different shoes instead of going with the option he suggested in the first 2-3 pairs in less than 10 min.

I was there to spend $200+ (ended up spent $280) and the amount of effort he wanted to help was rude.

However, the other rep helped me nicely. I was actually thankful that I ended up taking some time and choosing what I wanted & needed for me.

Very good store! I had a situation where they forgot my item and they called me straight away with a free pair of socks.

Big thanks to Chris & Heather for the amazing customer service and the friendly chat today. I will happily return for my next sporting purchases! One very happy customer!

Has incredible service yesterday at the prahran store, was served by a young man by the name of Noah T, was juggling 3 customers and still provided with kindness.

Never find much I like in this store. And anything I do find, is either the wrong size or expensive.

Staff were amazing and Ian graced me with new knowledge. Got some new runners for a good price. Support the local!

This rebel is amazing I got lost and my phone had died I was about 1 hour 30 away from home by public transport and I didn’t know what to do it was very dark and late but the people at rebel sport comforted me made me feel better and helped me out.they were even willing to keep me after they close if I needed to. I just want to say a huge thank you to rebel and the people that were there that day especially the one who was willing to take me to the train station and was there first for me.sorry I never got a name if you see this the. But Thanks so much you really helped me

Atrocious service! Had bags with me cos I had been grocery shopping and was in the store to collect my online purchase. Happily obliged to show bags then the Indian security lady attempts to put her hand directly into my personal belongings without saying a word! How dare she, she needs to be trained as it’s against the law to do so! I was fuming! Such disgusting behaviour

Honestly, customer service was amazing. We were helped by Jake, and out of all the stores we went to, he was the only one who actually gave us great customer service. The store is also clean, and all staff were friendly, but big shout out to Jake for helping us with all our questions, especially when you have kids trying on footy boots for the season! I wish all stores were like this!

12th Feb 2022 - 700km later and the shoes are still comfy and not causing any issues. It just goes to show if you spend a little more, get quality shoes and they will reward your body.

This is the best Rebel in Australia because it has the best customer service and staff. Nathan and Fondar are absolute champions, two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Nathan and Fondar create a whole new definition of impeccable customer service. I would honestly give more starts if I could. Fondar was incredibly patient, helpful and genuine when helping me find some runners for my triathlon training. Nathan helped me make sure that the shoes were right fit. This was by far one of the most genuine customer service experiences I have ever had. Thank you Fondar and Nathan, we need more Nathan and Fondar's in this world. The store is very family oriented and the sports gear is very high quality and affordable. Keep up the amazing work Fondar and Nathan. I'll definitely be back

I received damaged goods and got in touch with customer service. Rcvd email stating response would be 24 to 72hrs. Its been over a week and NOTHING! I've had to make do and learned never to deal with them again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me for what I was looking for and they gave amazing advice. Their customer service and personal knowledge was awesome.:)

I pleased my order this morning online (click and collect) 2 x10kg dumbbells, and I received a confirmation email that my order was ready to pick in less than an hour!

For such a large store, they didn't have either products I was looking for and that they apparently stock "usually". So it was a waste of time for me.
It's very expensive but they have some great products and a large range.
