Great store with a large variety of items I was unable to get elsewhere, staff are friendly and attentive

Good sportswear collection although they were missing on sizes for some good stuff. However, the staff was cooperative enough to search the sizes in other rebel stores and gave us a coupon code to get it delivered for free from those stores.

I just dished this place on another review.awkward. Have to say something nice. The place doesn't smell.

I visited here in the busiest time in evening then also got really fast response.staff got really good product knowledge and availability of certain products on their fingure tips.limited stock and varieties for football shoes.otherwise everything is good.

I love the new layout! Keep it up! I also appreciate the amazing cashier the small Italian girl! She was very kind and understanding when I was lost in the new layout! Hire more people like her

New layout is terrible as it’s very hard to find anything. They no longer sell bike equipment at this store so had to head to their high point store. Was not approached by any staff for help in finding what I needed. Good for a water bottle or gym clothing but wouldn’t recommend for anything else.

Always love popping in to have a look, not the biggest rebel, though they said it is being upgraded and extended soon.

I went in for much needed new runners after extended maternity leave & wanting to get back into shape, only to be cast aside by a team member who clearly couldn't care less. I hope a different store will treat me better!

Went to buy teenaged son runners. He had difficult to fit feet. All but one staff member not very helpful. Merchandise ok but pricey.

Rebel sports stores are usually excellent.
This store is quite small in comparison to other stores. I found the mens clothing section to be very messy and disorganised making it difficult to find what i wanted (all brands mixed together and sizing not in order). There were 3 staff members in that section that were talking amongst each other and not offering any service to anyone.

Rebel has a great range of equipment. The Point Cook store has good staff. Rebel is just a bit high on the price point.

50/50 on customer service. I’ve had a very uninterested employee once, and at another visit I had a great one help me out. Not the cheapest, but it’s a big chain, and they have good quality products with a wide range.

Staffs are very friendly, they even called other branches to hold off the product if it's not available in their branch

Incredibly poor customer service! Was struggling to find what I was after and asked someone for assistance and he said he will ask the manager to see if they stock any grappling gear. Never returned with an answer and bumped into him just cracking jokes with another worker and didn't help whatsoever. When I finally found what I was after the lady at the register was incredibly rude and it seemed as if serving me was the biggest inconvenience of her life even though the store was dead quiet! Will never shop here or at another rebel sport again!

Staff helpful and available, not running away to avoid work. I got some real bargains with their sale after the new year, its worth a look.

Small range, had to go to another store to find our stuff. This is the second time they have not had what we wanted.

Rebel sport in Point Cook is always neat and tidy, well stocked with up to date sporting equiptment and staffed by very friendly people willing to help you with any questions you probably will have because of the layout of the store it can be difficult to find what you need. Prices are premium and rarely have I noticed sales going, I mean you can't get a drink bottle for under $25! Either way if you live around here then you can probably afford it! Enjoy
